Single-story house in the middle of the trees and gardens. Strengths? The kitchen is a delight for those who like to cook, and a bathroom with a gas-heated shower. The dining room is beautiful with an antique chandelier. There are other houses on the property, which share the laundry, an extra kitchen, a patio and the gardens. Dogs, cats, birds and marmosets also live here. Despite being in Vila Madalena, we still have silence at night and calm during the day. I live here too and take care of everything you need to live well. A living house.

Our house is in a super quiet village, in the Pinheiros neighborhood. The edicule is in the back of our house and has independent access. The space has a kitchen and bathroom on the first floor and bedroom (with double bed) and living room/office on the second floor. The space is airy, well lit, with windows, very quiet, ideal for a person on a business trip or a couple on a tour. Close to the Clínicas (Green Line) and Oscar Freire (Yellow Line) subway stations.
