Very cozy, with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, full kitchen, pantry room, barbecue area, swimming pool. Great location, 4.5 km from the city, 3 of which are asphalt. Close to Cachoeira Vale das Borboletas (one of the most beautiful in the city) and the famous Ladeira do Amendoim. Barbecue a few meters away.
