Authentic Bressan farmhouse with large landscaped and enclosed garden, outbuilding for parking motorcycles and bicycles. Farmhouse located in the center of the village. Pleasant room in a farmhouse in a great location

Charming accommodation in a small village located 4 minutes from Nuits-Saint-Georges (train station and highway exit), 20 km from Beaune and Dijon. Ideal for tourism, business. The entrance to the room is independent (7 steps). The renovated old house retains all its freshness in the summer and is surrounded by a shaded plot.
