Located just a stone's throw away from Nijo Market, we are particular about the design of the space so that it can be used for sightseeing in Sapporo as well as for business. Also, the logo color will be the same persimmon color as the exterior wall. The exterior of the building, featuring a "persimmon color" and a "seven treasures" pattern, a traditional Japanese pattern, will be a new landmark in the atmosphere of the Nijo Market, which is full of downtown atmosphere. In addition, the 1st floor lounge is wrapped in the "Sapporo brick" familiar to the outer walls of the Hokkaido Government Building, and the space is designed to be "Japanese Sapporo," allowing you to enjoy the calm and unusual Hokkaido Sapporo.

This is a guest house Nariya. It is a private room with a lock for up to 2 people. 3 minutes on foot from airport connection bus, (bus stop THUBAKI), The living space is small for 2 people. 2-minute walk from National Route 36, bus stop Premium Hotel THUBAKI. It is located a 10-minute walk from Hosuisusukino Station on the Higashi-Toyo Subway Line. The window overlooks the Toyohira River. There are bunk beds. We have two bunk beds. We received a business license from Sapporo City in May, 2017.
