It is a beach house well protected against insects with extra screen doors and windows with double screens. It is an environment that uses white color and all the wood part with ipe color (darker), the external doors are in Mexican style. The floor is made of white tiles with a 30-cm baseboard in the same material. The furniture is made of hardwood, sometimes with glass. All constructions are made of apparent solid brick, reminiscent of an ancient style of Mediterranean and Moroccan constructions

Comfortable apartment, facing the sea, located in Itaúna - Av. Oceânica. Ideal for relaxing, looking at the sea that is right in front. In addition, the apartment is very well located, close to markets, pharmacies and the best restaurants in the region, including Casa da Praia. It is also less than 3 km from the city center and the famous Saquarema church. It has Wi-Fi and 1 parking space. We DO NOT provide TOWELS or air conditioning. We have a surveillance CAMERA at the entrance to the apartment.

The entrance of the modern house is framed by tall cacti and decorative plants. Clear glass awning provides shade, while large windows allow natural light into the interior. A pathway leads to the main door, offering a welcoming approach.
