Holiday rentals with lake access in Saraphi District

After a month of back backing and travelling, this villa was the perfect place to recharge! When exploring Chiang Mai it was great feeling knowing you’re coming back to a very homely and modern place to stay at; as-well as the pool to relax in! The host was extremely welcoming and gave us coconuts each day of our stay, which was a bonus! I would highly recommend to anyone.

If I could give 6 stars I would! The host is incredibly friendly and so sweet! The property is insanely beautiful and in a very peaceful location. Btw you can get bikes available and go for a bike tour which is really nice. Highly recommend a coffee place called dusky.

An absolute dream location! Very quiet, very nice, great pool, very friendly owner! If we come back to Chiang Mai definitely worth to join again. All together four houses. Even bigger groups could stay there together. It's not the cheapest location but definetely worth the price!

Spectacular facility with all kinds of space with pools and building with other amenities as listed. Very peaceful, quiet and family/kid friendly. Good security. Plenty of room for one or two people. Great television and Wi-Fi with balcony views. I find most beneficial is a comfortable sofa for 2 to relax watching television or conversation. Huge mall next door. Actually more like an 8-minute walk to the mall over a footbridge and small canal. Besides the mall there isn't much within short walking distance, but the mall has most anything you need anyways. Other than that you'll need taxi or some transportation beyond. In final analysis this facility I highly recommend.

The interior is really lovely. Everything I needed was there. It was super clean, the bed is comfy, a good amount of space. Great view of the city. I’ll stay here again!

We are a French couple and spent a little over two weeks in this place, and everything was perfect! The apartment is clean, consistent with the photos, and offers all the comforts you need. The residence is great with a great pool to relax and especially a real gym! Unlike many Airbnb that mention a gym with no serious amenities, here we have dumbbells up to 25 kg, several benches developed lying down, a squat rack... In short, something really good to train. Another big highlight is the location. There is a modern mall right next door with a food court, perfect for eating varied and easily. If you are looking for great value in Chiang Mai, don't hesitate, this is the place to come! We recommend 100% and will come back without hesitation.
