Great place to stay, great host!

Me, my wife and 2 kids (ages 3 and 1) had a wonderful stay. It was our first time in Venice. I love how the setup was minimal but cute and homey. I asked for a pack n play last minute and it was still there upon arrival. The place is pretty new, super nice. Tim was super friendly and helpful. We will have to come back for sure!

We loved the Poor Boy unit! Charming and very clean. It was just the right size for us and just what we were looking for. Daniel was an excellent host, very responsive and great communication. Right across the street from the beach path to Crescent Beach. Crescent Beach is very small but it was perfect for catching the sunset and as an added bonus we got to see the bioluminescence, all just steps from our place! Great little couples getaway!

This was my first trip single with my 7 year old son. I booked it last minute on a whim, and I could not have been happier. Michael was very welcoming and accommodating. He was flexible with check in and check out time and he provided us a parking pass, which made everything so easy and stress free. I also felt very safe as a single mom. The condo was beautiful- it had everything we needed, including a keurig and even beach chairs! There is also a cute pool and an awesome fitness center which was empty when we went to use it. I think our favorite part of the condo was the comfy couch and the huge tv. It was nice to relax after a day in the sun. The screened in patio was gorgeous too. We could walk across the street and be at the most beautiful beach. We enjoyed mini golfing and feeding baby alligators, and we walked to dinner a few nights and cooked at home the other nights. I highly recommend staying here. We would love to come back!

Stayed for a week in April with my girlfriend Nicolli. We absolutely loved it!Ver clean, close to downtown Sarasota, Siesta Key and Lido beach. The Airbnb looks just like the pictures. We can’t wait to stay here again!

I stayed two nights at this beautiful oasis and it was fantastic. I’m a local but I wanted a little staycation and this is perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The owners were very accommodating and quick to answer. Everything about the house was clean and well put together. In our opinion it’s in a perfect area to do whatever you may want to do on your vacation. Would definitely recommend keeping this place in consideration!

We had a wonderful time staying here and would love to come back again! The house was clean and beautiful, and the outdoor space was tropical and private. Please don't let the review about the neighborhood dissuade you; it was quiet, and people were just living their lives. The neighbors we met were very kind. Vasile and Mihaela were fantastic hosts, and you could tell they really care about their home! It was also great that it was such a quick drive to stores and restaurants, and the traffic is much better than in Cape Coral.

We loved Taylor’s place. It was the perfect setup for us. We had 2 families of 4 sharing the house. One family took the lower duplex and one the upper duplex. It provided us privacy but then the pool in the backyard provided a great common area. We spent most of our time in the pool. It was the perfect temperature, clean, and great for kids. We loved exploring the island on the 2 golf carts. What a fun way to get around! The beach was less then a 5 minute walk. Taylar provided all the beach essentials that you would need which made it easy for us to get to the beach and relax their comfortably. The house had everything we needed.. kitchen supplies, pool toys, beach supplies… all in a great location. We can’t wait to come back.

The house has everything you could need and more. The outside lanai is incredible and the pool was beautiful. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation with all the amenities.

The house is very functional and clean. It’s also a big three bedroom house well furnished with a big garden. We had a great time staying there.

Beautiful home, we were in Cape Coral for a softball tournament and this home made our weekend so smooth. The kids absolutely loved the pool, my husband and I loved the tranquility and views. Both nights we saw bunnies jumping around outside, the kids loved that. They had pool toys, the bathroom and kitchen were super clean. The linens were fresh and nice. Theresa was great, very attentive and helpful. Would definitely stay again if we had to be back in town.

We had a great stay and we're able to use the laundry room to do our laundry after a long road trip through florida. Lewie was super friendly and helpful. we would stay again for sure if we are in the area.

Beverly's place was absolutely amazing! we stayed here for our honeymoon and it couldn't have been better. it's clearly a loved place, with a beautiful, quite beach a single minute walk away, with enough nice cooking gear to cook in the place, and wonderfully comfy furniture and beds! Beverly and Phil were incredibly responsive, kind, and just all around amazing hosts! We can't recommend it highly enough and can't wait to come back! if you have never flown a kite before, pick one up at John's Pass and try it on the beach here! it's a blast!

We had a great stay! The place was very clean and cute. Right across the street from the beach and restaurants/bars. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend to a friend.
