The new Promenade at Sunset Walk is a 7 minute drive, where you will find excellent restaurants and bars, Cinema's and Shops For lovers of sport fans, the recently built Northeast Regional Park is just a 3 minutes drive up the US27, where you can play tennis, soccer, baseball, basketball and bowling and indulge in a variety of water sports. If you are into fishing, the beautiful Old Lake Davenport next to the NRP is a great place to try your skills. Everyone knows that Orlando is a golfers paradise and Vista Park is just a 5 minutes drive south on the US27 away from the much revered Highlands Reserve Golf Club, plus you have a choice of more than 20 other championship golf courses all close by. There are plenty of restaurants in the vicinity of Vista Park, many of which are within walking distance such as the popular Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar which is just a 20 minute walk away, or you have a great choice of restaurants all within 1-2 miles from the resort. Berry Town Center just 3 minutes drive away where you will find a Publix supermarket and just 3 miles north on the US27 there is a Walmart. The I4 interstate intersection with the US27 is just 6.5 miles to the south where you can then easily get to the beautiful Atlantic or Gulf Coast beaches in under a 2 hours drive.
