For us, Geri's place was an experience stay. it is very remote in exceptionally beautiful country. We were in the area to visit a relative and enjoyed our stay. We did have a problem with the door lock in the evening which Geri promptly responded to and corrected. Overall our experience was good. The king size mattress was very comfortable, although it would benefit from some nicer bedding. For example, there was no mattress pad and one of the blankets was an old electric blanket (with no cord provided) which was scratchy/uncomfortable. We encountered a number of crickets and other bugs but this could be in part from the air conditioner units not being sealed around the edges. And it's a farm/rural area, so some bugs would be expected. I think groups of hunters might really enjoy this property. (We loved the remoteness and the cute kitty who hung around the house.) John's place is the perfect getaway for those of us that enjoy peace and quiet with beautiful views. Everything is as advertised or better. The location is very remote and that worked well for us. The showers are great and the wifi is strong. The beds are very comfortable and everything works. Remember the location is 30 minutes or more from any sort of town so be sure to bring your supplies with you. We can not wait to go back and we highly recommend staying at John's.

The cabin was beautifully restored and comfortable. We enjoyed the friendly farm dogs, who accompanied us on a marvelous walk among the farm fields. We enjoyed speaking with the owner about the farm’s history and operations while hearing cows calling and birds singing. This is a lovely place, worth the drive out of town. We purchased mostly prepared food for dinner and breakfast at a market in Gothenburg, which worked out well.

Cherilee's cottage is exactly as described. The WIFI was strong, the shower was very good, everything was spotless, the beds comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and everything was great. The location is in a very small town with no real market so be sure to bring your supplies with you because it is quite a ways to the nearest town. It is very quiet and peaceful and that is exactly what we were looking for.

cute, cozy and cost effective! Booked this space for me, my four kids and my mom and sister as an overnight stay on a cross country road trip. cozy and clean beds. equipped kitchen. and hot shower! much cheaper and more comfortable than a hotel. highly recommend. Marcia also has yummy banana bread prepped for us which was a welcome treat after a long travel day.

Cindy was a pleasant and an understanding host, when it snowed and we needed an extra night Cindy and her cleaning crew graciously accommodated us. The house itself is an incredible setting for hosting a large family or a couple of close families looking for a great place to stay. We will definitely be back in the future, thank you, Cindy!

Our stay at the farm house was perfect! The house was clean and had everything we needed and more. We were traveling with kids (big and little) and having a house like this to stay in made our visit very enjoyable. Lisa met us at the house and got us checked in. She as very kind and we appreciated her hospitality. This house felt like home. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Laura's cottage was exactly as described, very clean, safe, affordable and cozy, totally enjoyed our stay. will definitely recommend to friends and family. Also got to meet local game and parks officer ( matt) very friendly and a few others I town, Johnsons bait and tackle is where we got fishing license and park permit, very friendly folks...I'd give the whole experience a 10 star review if possible...thanks Laura
