We own 36 acres, including Round Hill, with amazing mountain views all around. We are backed up to National Forest and BLM land. We're located two miles south of Poncha Pass Summit. Only 15-20 minutes to downtown Salida and 30 minutes to Monarch Mountain Ski Area. We have a fire pit and propane grill outside the entryway. We offer discounts for weekly/longer stays.

Our rural setting is beautiful in every season, offering views of the mountain valley as well as direct access to fishing easements on the Arkansas River. Off street parking, walking distance to Main Street shops, Western Campus, restaurants, and grocery. Open layout with lots of sunshine and views of the Gunnison Valley. Central location perfectly suited for a basecamp to adventure in the Gunnison Valley. Among guest favorites is the full sized washer and dryer to freshen up from the day’s excursion. The Glass Deckhouse (South Peak View)

A wonderful place for couples, friends, and solo travelers to relax and adventure in the woods of the rocky mountains in a comfortable modern cabin with window walls and great views over the mountain valley. This building has two 30+ sq. foot window walls on both sides which open a view over a valley of aspen, pine, and spruce with mountains on all sides.
