We had a wonderful stay at Bedirhan's apartment. The best part of the apartment is definitely the view and Bedirhan's hospitality. We had a small issue with the bathroom, and Bedirhan immediately responded and got everything fixed while we were out exploring the city. He will also arrange private airport transfer if needed and gives you a long list of local recommendations. The location of the apartment is great, walking distance to great restaurants and breakfast hotspots. Recommended!

We had a very pleasant two night stay at this Airbnb. The host was very kind to allow us to check in a little early, and we were greeted very warmly. The location is right in the old town, so you can walk to lots of major attractions. The space itself was clean and comfortable. I love that they provided multiple bath mats and small towels.

I had an amazing stay at SeaView Grand in Istanbul! The place was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful location. A special thanks to Yunus, who provided outstanding service—he even helped deliver my suitcase after I accidentally left it behind. He is truly trustworthy and went above and beyond to help. I highly recommend SeaView Grand and Yunus’s excellent service to anyone visiting Istanbul!

Excellent place to stay in Istanbul, views from the terraces and inside were better than the photos. Very relaxing and peaceful area, easily walkable to all the main sites. Host was on hand if needed, has a shop for the essentials a few hundred metres away. Also arranged our airport transfers ,helped with luggage, recommended places to eat, all appreciated. A few stairs inside but worth it for the views and your in a residential area, felt very safe, neighbours were friendly.

Gitmeyi düşünen herkese şunu söyleyebilirim: Manzarası harika, konakladığımız yerdeki insanların iletişimi çok iyi ve kendinizi tamamen rahat hissedebileceğiniz bir ortam var. Yakınlarda birçok yemek yenilecek yer ve alışveriş noktası bulunuyor. Benim için en önemli avantajlardan biri ise daireye ait ücretsiz kapalı otopark ve açık otoparkın olmasıydı. Her şey için Emrah Bey’e tekrar teşekkür ederim. Yolumuz tekrar düşerse, kesinlikle yeniden konaklamak isteriz.

Appartement très agréable conforme aux photos, lumineux, très propre et bien équipé, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Épicerie de base et produits d'hygiène fournis, de même que la lessive si vous souhaitez utiliser le lave-linge. Le logement est situé un peu à l'écart des quartiers très touristiques donc l'environnement est calme. Il est très bien placé, à 5 minutes à pied des lignes de bus, tram et embarcadère pour aller découvrir la rive asiatique de la ville. Également une épicerie fruits et légumes bien pratique au rez-de chaussée ! Nous n'avons pas rencontré les propriétaires mais la communication a été très facile avec Arzu qui est très réactive. Appartement idéal pour découvrir Istanbul, ne pas hésiter à y séjourner!

Zafer is a very attentive and reliable host! He was always there for us. The location is just great. The window view is breathtaking — you can see the hills and the Bosphorus. I highly recommend this house for an Istanbul stay.

Peaceful and comfortable accommodation with amazing views and all the creature comforts. An excellent base for exploring Istanbul by ferry or bus, with nice cafes nearby. Can recommend using a delivery service (we used Getir) to get groceries in.

I rented a house for two weeks. It is the center of Balat - around many delicious restaurants and small shops. Seyda and her family are very helpful. They helped me with everything. I had a problem with the nanny, and Sayda helped me solve it. They also make transfers to the airport. Communication with the host was as comfortable as possible: any shortcomings were corrected within a couple of hours. I am very satisfied.

Niche is an amazing host Very helpful from the beginning untill we check out The apartment is tastefully decorated and big enough for our group of 5 people 1 has slept on the sofa in the living room which was very comfortable The beds were high end quality and very comfortable to sleep Even though the apartment is located right next to Galata tower the neighborhood was very quite a hidden gem Surrounded by Many restaurants shops and walking distance to everywhere we wanted to discover Tram metro even ferries just few minutes away by walk We really enjoyed our stay at Niche’s place and definatelly book this place again

Furkan bey iyi niyetli bir arkadaştır. Her sorumuza sabır ile cevap verdi sanki yıllarca tanıdığım bir arkadaşım gibiydi. Eviniz bulunduğu yer güzel ve sakindi. Sakin olmasının yanında ulaşımı çok rahattı. Sadece biraz yokuş vardı ama İstanbul yedi tepe zaten çoğu yerde yokuş var. Teşekkürler Furkan arkadaş.

We spent total of six nights and enjoyed everyday and everything. The flat is clean, modern and comfortable. The owner and his team are very friendly and helpful. It’s a bit of away from the city center but it has good public transport connections. We highly recommend it!!
