The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. In the heart of the classified site of the Hatainville dunes, at the gates of Cap, 5-min walk to the beach, duplex and private garden. The accommodation is located on the GR23 in the heights of a bucolic village. A beautiful place. A real little paradise for nature lovers, lulled by the lapping of the creek that borders the terrace and the resac of the sea. From the terrace an unobstructed view of the sea and the pond. Below the cottage, only a few minutes walk(about 500 m), just cross the Vauville pond to access a beautiful beach bordered by the Nez de Jobourg. Also adjoining cottage sleeps 4/6

One bedroom flat in rural Trinity near Bouley Bay.

We retired recently and have a one bedroom self contained flat in our house with separate access up some outside stairs. The bedroom has a superking size bed which can be made into twin beds, dressing table, built in wardrobes and cupboard space. The bathroom has a walk in shower, sink and toilet. The kitchen is in an open plan lounge with dining table and TV. There is a Nespresso coffee machine. Guests will have access to a gas BBQ and seating area outside.
