Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. 19th-century Tuscan farmhouse with exposed stones immersed in the wonderful Tuscan countryside with a splendid view of the Val di Chiana. It is surrounded by a 6-hectare park with an olive grove of 300 plants. It is located in Sarteano, in the village, an ancient medieval village with a dream castle, known for the Music and Jazz Festival that takes place at the end of summer. We are in the beautiful Val d'Orcia, a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site since 2004.

Casa Bonari is a self-contained, non-shared, single-storey apartment within a villa at the foot of Monticchiello. It comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room. The rooms are furnished in a Tuscan style, combining restored, heirloom furniture with contemporary features. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the flat is surrounded on all sides by a large garden, so that all the rooms offer a beautiful view of the countryside.
