Luminoso appartamento al primo primo piano della villa familiare situata nella pineta davanti a una piccola caletta alla quale si accede direttamente dal giardino. Una location unica in un angolo di paradiso ,siamo nello splendido golfo di Orosei Avviso da Aprile 2023 il comune di Orosei ha istituito la tassa di soggiorno di €1 al giorno a persona con età superiore ai 12 anni. "La Torre" (The Tower) is located in the historic center of Baunei, with attention to every detail respecting the Sardinian tradition without sacrificing the maximum comfort. Sarò felice di ospitarvi nella mia graziosa casa! Per chi ama il mare 24 ore su 24...questo è il posto ideale! Fantastico per famiglie con bambini, il mare è sotto casa! Appartamento in villa trifamiliare con due camere, una matrimoniale e una con letto a castello, soggiorno con divano letto, cucina attrezzata e bagno con doccia. Completa il tutto un ampio patio attrezzato per mangiare godendo di una fantastica vista mare! Parcheggio all'interno della proprietà.
