Holiday rentals with breakfast in Sassi di Matera

Hôte très accueillant et instructions claires Maison très propre et confortable. Des petites attentions très agréables : Giulio nous avait mis une bouteille d’eau au frais et des petites collations pour les enfants. Parfait pour notre escale.

We were greeted by Lucia and she was such a pleasant lady. The place was nice and clean and nicely renovated. We enjoyed our stay and there are plenty of nice restaurants and cafes in the area and Matera is a half hour drive to see the Sassi’s

Siamo stati molto bene nella casa del fornaio, è in un'ottima posizione per visitare i Sassi di Matera. Inoltre Cosimo è stato molto gentile e disponibile, a Matera c'è stato un problema con le tubature dell'acqua e lui si è preoccupato di portarci delle taniche d'acqua per non farci rimanere senza. Consiglieremo sicuramente, grazie!

Eleanor’s place was perfect. What a great location. Easy walk to the Saadi. The view from the balcony was beautiful! The apartment was very clean, spacious and has everything you may need. There was a lovely breakfast each morning to bring to our apartment. We highly recommend Eleonora’s place.

The location of Flavia's place is incredible and the space itself- wow! To stay in an actual cave is a step back in time, very special. It's spacious and everything was perfect. Flavia was the perfect host, responding quickly to everything we needed, providing local information and more. If you're coming to Matera, you need to stay in this special cave home.

What more could we have asked for in a romantic weekend getaway?! Marilisa and Raffaele are amazing hosts who had everything prepared for our arrival. They were extremely helpful and attentive to our needs and wants. Located about 30 minutes away from Matera and about 50 minutes from Taranto, Laterza is the perfect mid point for a mountain/beach weekend. If you don’t want to travel much outside the area, Laterza itself is a beautiful city to soak in as well. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely stay here again!!!

Modest with teensy kitchen, minimally outfitted, teensy washer, lots of storage for clothes, comfy bed, more spacious than a hotel room. Secure gated space for car tight, but more than adequate. Six minute drive to Mattera old town parking, five-minute walk to little local convenience store with best ever Buffalo Mozzarella and a little meat counter. Other amenities close by. Host charming, attentive, happy to answer any questions and make recommendations. For a couple of nights for a really good price, was great find. Thank you Emanuele.

너무 너무 만족합니다 집이 너무 깨끗하고 짐정리하게 편리한구조였으며 집도 따듯하고 온수도 잘나왔어요 유적지와도 가까워 걸어갈수 있었어요 이탈리아에서 제일 기분좋은 숙소 였습니다

If we ever come back to Matera, I would want to stay here again. It's in the Sasso Caveoso, but close enough to the modern city that parking is easy in a nearby garage (totally worth paying for). Our hostess gave us the address of the parking garage, and we met her there on day one and she walked us to the apartment. I loved this extra personal attention and hospitality. That alone made our stay nice. But the apartment - Wow - bigger than the photos showed, with great views, a nice spacious bathroom with an excellent shower, comfortable bed, and close to great sights and restaurants. Also it is quiet and very private with the cutest entrance and even a friendly neighborhood cat (bring cat treats if you're a cat person). Brava, Marcella and thank you.

Appartamento accogliente e molto pulito con grande facilità di parcheggio. L'alloggio si trova in una posizione ottima per visitare i Sassi che sono raggiungibili facilmente anche a piedi. Nico è stato un Host gentile e premuroso e la comunicazione con lui facile e veloce. Super consigliato!

Esistono persone e Persone. Anita, la nostra host, appartiene di diritto alla seconda categoria: da subito cordiale, accogliente e professionale, con lei tutto risulta facile. La casa è perfetta per i gruppi, comoda, pulita e rilassante. Anita ci mette quel "plus" che davvero fa' la differenza fra un alloggio e "casa tua": impossibile rimanere indifferenti a tutto questo, gentilezza prima di ogni altra cosa. 😊

Petra e suo marito ci hanno accolto nella loro bellissima casetta davvero curata nei minimi particolari. Ci hanno dato molti consigli e sono stati disponibili e simpatici. La casa poi si trova proprio di fianco a una braceria buonissima consigliata dai proprietari. Inoltre ci è stata offerta anche un ottima colazione. Posizione comoda per girare Matera, Gravina e Bari.

Alloggio comodo, accogliente, pulitissimo e in posizione strategica. Consigliato a chi vuole visitare comodamente Matera e le sue meraviglie. Host gentilissimo e organizzato.

Wonderful location, breathtaking city, unique stay combining the ancient with modern luxuries and a lovely host. Host was always responsive and helpful especially with our last minute request for the nearby secure parking garage. Garage attendees were expecting us and so friendly. Spacious accommodation with easy, secure access mere steps from the heart of Matera. A delicious complimentary breakfast at a nearby cafe was also greatly appreciated. Lovely, friendly staff serving divine pastries, sandwiches and coffees! Matera is not to be missed and staying in a cave apartment, with a hot tub as well, was a once in a lifetime experience!!

L'appartement d'Andreina est très bien situé tout près de la cité ancienne qui est une incroyable découverte ! Elle a su s'adapter à notre horaire d'arrivée, tout est propre et accueillant chez elle !

We had a wonderful stay at Luciana, everything was as expected and more! The room is very spacious and clean, you are in the heart of Matera with stunning view from the balcony and walking distances to all main attractions/restaurants. Breakfast excellent, served on the balcony. And as for walking, Luciana explained to us each part of the old town on a map, so we don’t miss anything :). Also helped a lot before arriving with bus schedules and tips. There are a lot to say, but we felt like being home, in a wonderful place.

L’alloggio di Mariagiovanna é un amore. Lei é gentilissima e il dettaglio di portarci i cornetti per colazione e un bel pezzo di focaccia ci ha fatto molto piacere. Altamura é stupenda.

La chambre que nous avons loué était impeccable. Le point le plus positif de cette location est le point de vue de la terrasse ! C’est juste magnifique. Le seul bémol était la douche qui avait une variation de chaud à froid. Mais dans l’ensemble nous recommandons cette location qui est très confortable et très bien située dans la cité. Évidemment il faut savoir qu’il y a beaucoup d’escaliers tout autour pour se déplacer à Matera. Cela fait partie du charme ce cette ville du moyen-âge. C’est un coup de cœur assuré. Et les restaurants sont incroyables.

La ubicación es cómoda cerca del centro y metida en los sassi con muy linda vista, Monica es muy amable, nos explicó que lugares visitar y nos sirvió un desayuno muy rico y completo. Lo recomiendo

Ho appena trascorso un weekend indimenticabile a Matera, soggiornando in un meraviglioso B&B immerso nella splendida Murgia, e non vedo l'ora di tornarci! La struttura, un’antica conceria sapientemente ristrutturata, è un perfetto equilibrio tra storia e comfort moderno. Ogni angolo racconta una storia, con dettagli che ti fanno sentire parte della tradizione di questo angolo incantevole di Basilicata. L'atmosfera che si respira è unica, tranquilla e immersa nella natura, un vero rifugio dove rigenerarsi. La camera era accogliente, elegante e dotata di ogni comfort, ma ciò che mi ha colpito di più è stata la cura nei dettagli e l'armonia con l'ambiente circostante. Colazione preparata con ingredienti freschissimi e tipici della zona, sapori autentici che ti fanno apprezzare ancora di più la bellezza del territorio. L'ospitalità è stata impeccabile, Martino super disponibile, sempre pronto a offrire consigli su cosa vedere e fare nei dintorni. Senza dubbio, tornerò in estate.
