This small studio created in the former library of the fortified house Sain Jean Baptiste will be the ideal place to enjoy Cambrai center…: Theater 20 m away, Lycée Fenelon 25 m away, city center 70 m away, all shops in the immediate vicinity…. You will have access to the reception room with its sofa, coffee bean corner, toilet, hand basin, washing machine corner… common to the other 2 studios, then next and therefore on the ground floor, your studio! Air conditioning!

Spacious, bright and modern accommodation

Capacity for 5 people. - On the ground floor, the living area is 63 m². It includes an open-plan kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. There is also a lounge area with a TV and stereo system, and a wood-burning fireplace. There is a separate toilet. - Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a single bed (90 cm), and the other with two single beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet. Outside, there is a paved terrace.

"Rapeseed" studio on the farm

Studio on the first floor located in a farm building overlooking a courtyard access via a spiral staircase located in the courtyard of a working farm, on the Cambrai/Bapaume axis: 15 min from Cambrai and 15 min from Bapaume, 35 min from Douai and 30 min from Arras by car, in a small village in the countryside. Possibility to park the vehicle in the closed courtyard, new studio, spacious, Ideal for 2 people. Pets allowed; we have three nice dogs on the farm as well as horses.

Between Cambrai and Arras, in a small quiet and charming village, spend a night and/or a stay in a real Mongolian yurt, on my wooded and fenced property. The yurt is equipped with heating. You will benefit from the cottage with all amenities, equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room. You will enjoy the view of the Bourlon Forest and the surrounding silence. Respecting the tranquility and the peaceful environment, you will spend a pleasant time in the middle of nature.

It is 5 minutes from the Clay's Shooting Ball Trap. Arras Cambrai axis, with the Marquion motorway 5 minutes away (A1 and A26). Close to Douai Bapaume Péronne.
