There is mention in the archives of the monastery of Sauxillanges of a 16th century sheepfold, still existing. 80 m2 of authenticity and tranquility with this original loft set on an isolated hill, surrounded by 50 hectares of forests, crops and meadows. Our accommodation – rated 4 stars **** – is unique. It is unique because we built it ourselves from A to Z with noble and natural materials. It is unique because it is spacious, bright and quiet. It is conveniently located both quietly in a subdivision of a pretty village and close to Issoire, easy to access because not far from exit 15 of the A75. Perfect as a stopover for travelers or as a love nest to visit our beautiful region.

La Cabane

You will appreciate the cabin for its location: the breathtaking view of "Little Auvergne Tuscany" and the Chaîne des Puys on the horizon (it dominates), the forest atmosphere, access to the paths, the feeling of being in a nest. The cabin is perfect for couples, but also suitable for families (with kids) and four-legged friends are accepted (but beware, the land is not enclosed). Ideal for mountain bikers, trailers...

Quiet and comfortable apartment with terrace

We will be happy to host you in our 43 m2 cottage, with private terrace, located in an authentic village in the heart of Auvergne. It is functional and composed of an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet and a large bedroom with a small sitting area (convertible sofa 140 cm x 190 cm). The accommodation is adjacent to our family home but it has independent and autonomous access.

This AirBNB is attached to our house in a quiet and green locality close to the forest and hiking trails. As a self-contained accommodation it has one bedroom with a double bed, a small living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. You have access to a terrace with an open view on the garden. It's the ideal place for travellers in need of nature and peaceful nights.
