Very quiet and bucolic environment, two kilometers from the center of Brissac and 15 minutes from the center of Angers. Authentic tuffeau and slate farmhouse, in a charming environment, with an area of 85 m2 with private terrace.

Cozy refurbished 24 m² studio. It has a 140 x 190 bed and a small EXTRA sofa bed (1 child or 1 teenager). The studio is equipped with reversible air conditioning for optimal comfort summer and winter. Solid parquet flooring, metal canopy and tuffeau wall complete the whole with charm. Located in the heart of a shopping district 10 MINUTES' DRIVE from the train station and the city center of Angers with a bus stop at the foot of the building and free parking nearby.

Située en impasse, notre gîte de 80 m² est un lieu propice au repos et à la détente. Vous serez à 2 minutes des commerces ( boulangerie et épicerie-traiteur, pharmacie...) et 300 mètres d'un arrêt de bus pour Angers mais aussi à 10 minutes des bords de Loire( location de canoé-Kayak, Loire à vélo), 15 minutes d'Angers et 18 minutes de Terra Botanica en voiture. Des chemins de randonnées en campagne et en forêt sont accessibles au départ du gite.

Charming house, a balcony over the Loire.

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.

Ideally located at the Angers Racecourse, 1 minute from the Exhibition Centre and the Océane interchange to reach the A11 motorway and about 8 minutes from Angers city center, this 42 m2 accommodation is ideal for visiting Angers or for a business stay. You can stay there alone, as a couple. It is located on the ground floor of a very quiet residence where you can enjoy a small garden with all the necessary amenities.

The tram, a supermarket and parking are nearby.

The Cé cabin is in the heart of the historic Saint Maurille district, the oldest of the Cé bridges. The Loire flows 50 meters away, you will appreciate the proximity of the open-air café, the kayak base, the bakery, the delicatessen, the organic butcher, the wine cellar, the restaurants... Small cozy apartment on a quiet street. The village is located on the banks of Sarthe with its small port, its lock and its open-air café! The property has many amenities. it is independent of my house with a different entrance. the wifi network is functional, fiber optic just arrived in our small town 😉 I am delighted to welcome you, accompanied by my faithful Australian Shepherd.
