Great weekend solution in Liguria, located near Finale Ligure beach, in a convenient location. Apartment with balcony, with the pleasure of waking up in the morning, looking out and looking at the sea! In the small square in front of it, parking is paid, but free in winter, until 03/31.

What a fabulous accommodation . The apartment and the building is lovely and nicely cared for. The view is really spectacular and the location is great. We enjoyed being between Menton and Roquebrune-Cap-Martin. It is so walkable and there are all the necessities, groceries, banks and great restaurants nearby. Marco was there to greet us and navigate the garage! He continued to be super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Great apartment with a wonderful view! Perfect for relaxing, listening to the waves and watching the sunrise! We really enjoyed our stay! Apartment correspondents exactly to the pictures and the host was very easy to communicate with. The surrounding area is also very nice. The apartment is just by the seaside, there are walking paths and restaurants nearby and Menton is just a short walk away.

It's a great stay, the apartment was as described.Valerie was very proactive ,responded within a minute and always ready for us to be satisfied. A host in gold . I would rent this apartment again without hesitation. I would highly recommend it.

This is a fabulous location - great for the tennis at Monte Carlo. Having three tennis courts and open air sea water swimming pool was added bonus. I personally loved the walk to the boulangerie every morning along the seafront!! We have stayed in a different apartment in the same building before which was great but Arnaud's place was much better for our needs - we loved it. Arnaud provided us with extremely useful information and helped us with our travel arrangements from the train station to the apartment. Patti was a pleasure to meet and show us to the apartment. Fantastic place - would thoroughly recommend.

Rosa is a great host, very kind and helpfull. It was a pleasure to visit in her apartment. Location is great. Apartment was very clean and everything looked the same than in the pictures. accommodation at Rosa's place can be warmly recommended.

Wonderful vacation, two terraces with an exceptional view... "Parthenope" movie model. It was really a shame to have to leave... Nadia is very kind and very helpful, everything was perfect... a beautiful bike path, which takes you to the center in 5 minutes... what can I say... A top apartment... for a wonderful Sanremo... Giorgio is incredibly nice and helpful! We had to cancel the apartment we had actually reserved in Camogli after we arrived at the place and sat down to find a new apartment at 8pm in the evening. At 9pm we had agreed with Giorgio and at 11pm he met us and helped us check in. He assisted finding parking for our car, and was generally absolutely delightful in every way. The apartment is nice, with a sea view from one bedroom, and what you need for dishes, cutlery and pots to be able to cook there. The bathroom is small but with powerful water pressure in the shower and hot and delicious water. The bedrooms are large and airy, with several windows in each room (needed, as the apartment is on the top floor, and it can get a little warm). The beds are a bit hard. In the living room there is a sofa and dining table and everything is perfectly fine. The apartment is perfectly located, with walking distance to everything. The city's best restaurant is located in the building next door, and there is a short way to everything. We can safely recommend staying here!

This is our second time staying in this apartment and we had a very good time again. The location is strategic (there is a walk along the sea with a breathtaking view that allowed us to get to Monaco in 15/20 min on foot) and parking is easy to find and very close to the entrance of the house. There was a new dye on the walls that made the apartment renovated and even more cared for.

Everything was perfect. The house is actually even nicer than in the photos and tiptop clean! There's an espresso cooker, and Caterina even added a pack of espresso. In addition, various oils, vinegar, salt, pepper, dishwasher, detergent, fresh kitchen cloths,... Enough space for two adults and two teenagers. The beds have firm mattresses, which we really liked. Heating worked perfectly. The location is fantastic. The house is quiet, but you can quickly walk to the sea, at Carrefour express and in twenty minutes in Nervi. Bus stop and train station five-seven minutes away by foot, buses to Genoa center every 11 minutes. Didn't need a car during our stay. Thanks to Caterina and her family. We will be happy to come back.

This is one of the most unique places we’ve ever stayed in. So special. And Alessio was extremely helpful and attentive to our questions and came with suggestions and was quick with responses. We will definitely be back.

We had a great week on the Ligurian coast! Sergio's apartment in Bergeggi was a great fit for us as a family of five, the terrace and the sea view are beautiful. Many beautiful beaches can be reached by car in a short time. We would definitely come back! Thank you!

Jean Marc is an excellent and caring host who provides everything his guests could possibly need. The house is a true gem! It's beautiful, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. It's also a great base for exploring all the main points of the French Riviera. If you're still hesitating, make a quick decision :) You won’t regret it. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Gemma and Federico are incredible heart people and warmly welcomed us. The apartment is spacious and partially newly renovated. The two go out of their way to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

We were looking for a place to rest during our work stay in preparing a stand at Euroflora 2025. Just perfect. Lorenzo was very helpful in everything. We couldn't ask for a better response to our needs. I didn't have my beloved four-legged friend with me, but I really appreciated the availability to receive the animals and also a whole series of small attentions prepared for them: bowls, mats, and everything you need to make them feel at home. 5-star rating and a heart!
