Small Modern and Industrial LOFT.

Small new LOFT in an Industrial and Modern style of 40M2 for 2 people (but possibility of sleeping 1 child on the extra sofa.) This Loft is located on a Wine Estate in the heart of the vineyards. It is adjoining the owners' farmhouse but totally independent. The entrance is to the north of the bastide. Access to the owners' swimming pool (from 01/07 to 15/09) and to the petanque court every day from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. On the day of your arrival, the swimming pool is accessible until 7 p.m.

Adorable guest house with pool

Independent accommodation with outdoor space ( playground: trampoline, slide, football stadium...) and SHARED SWIMMING POOL (functional from mid-May to mid-October , saltwater pool) for 4 people located next to our family home between vines and scrubland, 15 minutes from Pont du Gard, Nîmes and Avignon. Authentic Provencal villa in stone with modern confort. Ideal location, it is only 5mn drive to Avignon center or 25mn by foot. The area is very calm. There is a 20 meter square terace, a big living space, 3 bedrooms, garden and swiming pool. We open the pool May 1st, and close it November 1st. The pool is to share with us, only one other villa and we do not invade your space : )
