(of which about 50 m2 is fenced) A stone's throw from the Coatloc'h forest and the green voice (Rosporden/Roscoff) close to Chateau de Trevarez and Canal de Nantes à Brest. 30 minutes from Pont Aven, Concarneau, Quimper, Lorient. 15min from Expressway Municipal swimming pool in the town of Scaer. 10 min from Bannalec and Rosporden stations. Dog accepted as long as it is clean and educated. no smoking

Charming little house near the beaches

A small stone house in the old village of Kerzellec on the Chemin des Peintres. Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. You will be charmed by this old 18th century bread oven, completely restored for a stay in the heart of Pouldu where everything is done on foot: (in season) bakery, restaurants, bars, grocery store, all surrounded by six beaches, each as charming and different from each other.

Ideally located 1.8 km from the charming port of Lesconil and the large white sandy beach. Living room, open kitchen, living room/wood-burning stove, sofa bed, bathroom: shower and toilet. Upstairs on mezzanine, the staircase to access it is steep, with 2 beds (90 x 200). Beds are made on arrival for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. Possibility of lunch/dinner outside in the shared courtyard of this Breton farmhouse (south facing). Baby kit available on request.
