Super lovely Airbnb! The place was clean and exactly as described. It was walking distance to cafes but still private and quiet. The off street parking was great. The hosts had great communication and answered messages quickly.

This is a great place to be based for exploring Perth. It’s very central, so easy to get around Perth by foot or on the free Cat buses. Being on the 22nd floor means you are away from the street noise and have a fab view. While check in/out is a little fiddly, it is well explained and to be expected in a busy city (we’ve experienced similar in Sydney and Paris!). The most important point is that it worked seamlessly. The bed is comfy, the shower powerful and you also get use of the pool.

This property is only 4 months old and have a superb view of the city. It is centrally located which has easy access to the Murray and Hay streets. The Management agent is very responsive and react swiftly to our needs. Our family has enjoyed our stay in this property. We will consider this property again when we return to Perth!

Carlos place was absolutely amazing after a busy trip it was the perfect place to relax for a few days before travelling home. The outdoor space was beautiful with gorgeous views out to the ocean, and the apartment itself was pristine ….wish we could have stayed longer

Great proximity to beach and shops (and far enough away to remain quiet). The apartment had the necessities and was great for a base as we spent the majority of our time at sporting competition. Full kitchen and fridge allowed meals to be prepared easily. No fuss check in and out.. would happily stay again.

I can’t even begin to describe how much we loved staying in this beautiful apartment.Louisa was incredibly kind and helpful allowing an early check in with my sick mother and was always so helpful in all our communication.The apartment is located in stunning Cottesloe where the sunsets over the ocean took my breath away.Amazing views from the apartment and the gorgeous beach across the road. We had everything we needed, appreciated the thoughtful touches provided and loved the filtered cold/hot water tap and double glazing doors helped my husband who is a light sleeper. Wonderful cafes nearby and easy bus location around the corner that goes to the train station for easy access into Perth and Fremantle. Car spot was great for most of our visit and local area felt safe when we returned the car to utilise public transport and walk the area. My family want to move to Cottesloe now after such a wonderful week.Many thanks Louisa for all your help, we really appreciated everything.

Lyda’s place is located nice and quiet area, right next to Kings park. We can easily access to many spots on foot. Lyda’s team always responded quickly. We would stay her place if we visit Perth again.

Nice cozy apartment, close to beach, nice pool, host are nice and fast response, just a bit noise Because close to main street. Overall, it's a good place for family holiday.

Our stay was great, the apartment was spacious, the furniture and equipment very comfortable, the view breathtaking, the surroundings very suitable for walks and sports. Good options for restaurants and bars and a Coles supermarket within walking distance. Good location for trips around the area. The property has very good equipment and is very suitable for living. the place is newly constrcuted and clean. some of the neighbouring buildings are still under construction, but once they are completed, it will be a nice place. besides that, everything was amazing. thanks for the pleasant stay.

Astrid is a charming woman and we found her place ideal for our post Xmas lunch. The facilities eg swimming pool, pool table etc were very popular. Would definitely come again.

Had a great time, while our own house was being repaired. Felt right at home with all the comforts including a very nice quiet outdoor sitting area. Huge smart TV along with amp, Xbox(I think.) with plenty of games. Very quick reply to enquiries Although very close to train station, no real noise or foot traffic past the house. A great team. Would happily stay again.

We had a wonderful stay here—our family spent about a week and truly felt right at home. The location is perfect: quiet, private, and very convenient. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Had a great week at Sean’s place. Very modern, great space, walkable to beach, bars etc. great touch with electric garage door and parking, Ubers were quick and cheap to get in And out otherwise. Everything you need for a comfortable stay, quiet location. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Sean was quick to respond to any questions and very helpful.

John BnB was up to standard... My family and I stayed for 2 nights and we had an enjoyable time... To experience a luxurious BnB, this is the place to stay... shopping centre close by...
