The Beehive@Pudding Cottage

The Beehive is a self contained annex with an open plan living room, bedroom, kitchen and dining space, with a wet room. There is a fully equipped small kitchen with the usual amenities including air fryer. Get a good nights sleep on the king sized bed or relax in front of the 55” tv in either a comfortable 2 seat sofa or lounge chair. Stunning views and peace and quiet await you. Tullydowey Gate Lodge

Situated beside the village of Blackwatertown on the border between counties Tyrone and Armagh. Tullydowey Gate Lodge is a Grade B1 listed property built in 1793. Restoration of the gate lodge was completed in 2019 and undertaken with the utmost regard for the history of the building with many of the existing 18th century features sympathetically maintained whilst providing the comforts of 21st century living in a traditional country cottage style turning it once again into a real eye catcher.

200 year old cottage nestled in a white-washed courtyard, lovingly restored and brought to life. All the modern comforts integrated between stone walls and rustic beams in a beautiful rural setting. Located half a mile from Tollymore Forest and by car we are 5 mins from Mourne Mountains, 5 mins from Newcastle and 5 mins from Castlewellan. The cottage is in the midst of our working horse farm, horses, chickens, dogs and donkeys are all part of the family. Dogs and horses are welcome guests.

The Boat House at Acton Lake

The Boat House has had a makeover with a new kitchen etc. It was originally constructed during the Second World War as a pump house. We have re novated it to be glamorous 'glamping' option with a four poster bed and a new Hottub. It is set on the side of a lake and you are all alone to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the countryside. There is a wood burning stove for cosy nights in. Gas BBQ for al fresco dining. A secluded get away for couples or friends in a very picturesque setting.
