Sie wurde 2021 renoviert und verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang, einen Parkplatz und einen eigenen Garten. Die Wohnung befindet sich im schönen Buchberg im Kanton Schaffhausen. Der Flughafen Zürich, Schaffhausen und Winterthur sind je 20 bis 25 Minuten entfernt. Buchberg liegt am Rhein und ist ein idealer Ausgangsort für Ausflüge in die Deutschschweiz und ins nahe Deutschland.
