Deine Wohnung blickt in den kleinen, gepflegten Hinterhof des Hauses und du hast alle Annehmlichkeiten der Stadt vor der Tür. 30m zum Bäcker, 70m zum öffentlichen Parkplatz, 100m zur Donau und 200m zum Ludwigsplatz mit Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung selber ist komplett neu saniert und renoviert, mit tollen, hochwertigen Möbel, mit denen wir Dir ein schönen Aufenthalt bieten möchten.

Quiet apartment in old town house at the Dreiflußeck

The spacious apartment has about 70 m² of living space and is located on the 1st floor of an elaborately renovated old town house near the famous Passauer Dreiflußeck directly on the Inn. The location is very quiet. Only the living room has a window to a schoolyard where students sometimes make noise. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, so plenty of linens, dishes, kitchen equipment, etc. It is ideally suited for 2 people, but an additional sofa bed is available.

Cozy attic apartment

The cozy 2-room apartment is located in the Kohlbruck district. Within walking distance are various shopping facilities (Aldi, Kaufland, etc.), banks, gas station, restaurants, exhibition grounds, adventure pool, police, playground, etc. If you are not afraid of a longer walk, you can reach the center in a good 30 minutes. Otherwise, bus line 8 stops right outside the front door as well as lines 1 and 2 for about 100 m. Easy and fast connection to the highway. Parking space available.

Enjoy the tranquility of our idyllically located farm in the Lower Bavarian Rottal. You sleep in the shepherd's wagon, on the edge of our garden on a meadow, next to the garden pavilion and grill. The car is equipped with a folding sofa bed, table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating and a kitchenette. This is equipped with a fridge, hotplate, filter coffee maker, kettle and dishes. In the house, a complete guest bathroom is at your disposal.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Pure nature at the Dreiseithof all made of wood with horses, chickens, and plenty of space for your children. Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

We rent a cozy apartment in a quiet location in Freinberg-Haibach. It is a separate apartment in our wooden house, which can be entered from the garden. The apartment can be used by up to four people. The accommodation is ideal to visit Passau (5 minutes) or Schärding (15 minutes). You can also take excursions from here to the Bavarian Forest or the Mühlviertel. Our charging station for electric cars can also be used.

Seating in the large garden or on the balcony invites you to linger. Enjoy the beautiful surroundings of this romantic spot in nature in the middle of nowhere. Our lovingly restored tiny house offers you the opportunity to switch off, breathe and head free wars in the middle of fantastic nature. The accommodation is very comfortable for two people. Firewood is included. A special highlight is the private sauna. This can be used for a fee (4€ per hour electricity).

Small but nice with a view of the Danube

The small room is partly furnished with antiques and is located in the old ship's post office of 1805 opposite the castle, with an interesting museum directly on the Danube. The garden can be used by our guests. Danube bike path leads past the house, in addition to the usual bus connection, there is also the possibility to transfer to Austria by ferry or to drive to Linz or Passau by steamer.
