Off the ski saison the region is a beautiful hiking area.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet, and a kitchen. 10 minutes to the town center, grocery store, and indoor swimming pool with sauna in the immediate vicinity. Parking is available on the property. A bread roll delivery service is available, or you can have breakfast in town (Sattlers, Steffl Bakery). Ski storage for two people at the gondola station is included. Dogs are welcome.

Summer card! 1 free parking space, bicycle storage in the garage. We cover the Airbnb fees. Local tax, currently €2.50 (€2.80 from 1/12/2026) per adult per night extra. Modern, cozy apartment for 2 people, quiet and central in Schladming. Easily accessible by foot or public transport. Wonderful hiking opportunities and over 100 km of slopes fun! A few minutes walk to Planai valley station and 4 mountain swing! 150 m to the Talbachklamm!

Haus Anne

The house is close to Reiteralm Silver Jet ski lift (4 min by car). It is absolutely lovable because of the views and the location. Beside the two double rooms there is a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining corner. The big balcony is facing to Reiteralm. The place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Pets are welcome (but we need to charge an extra €50 because of the extra cleaning).
