Here, the clocks tick a little slower: our lovingly renovated half-timbered house is located on the outskirts of Sumte, surrounded by meadows, fields and the unique landscape of the Elbe floodplain. Look forward to sunsets from the terrace, relaxing hours in the garden sauna and plenty of space for time together with family or friends. The Elbe, Lake Sumter and numerous cycle paths are only a few minutes away. If you like, you can discover the Elbe floodplain on an alpaca walk with our neighbour.

Vacation home

Welcome to our stylish holiday apartment – ideal for families, groups and friends. Completed in 2022, the accommodation offers modern living comfort over approx. 170 m². You can expect a spacious, open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, four separate bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sofa bed for two more guests. Space for up to 10 people. The highlight is the bright living area with high ceilings, open timber-framed walls and glazed Tennentor overlooking the village square.

Sunny, large garden, family-friendly and fireplace: The beautiful apartment in a converted barn is ideal for people looking for peace, exercise and nature. You can make campfires, go on bike rides or sit in the dormer and enjoy the unobstructed view over the garden and pastures. A beautiful lake can be reached by bike. Wi-Fi (about 23/7 MBits) and a washing machine are available as well as two private entrances. The sauna costs €10 for 2 hours, each additional hour €5.

Our charming half-timbered house houses several residential units – one of which is your cosy holiday apartment. You can charge an electric car at our Wallbox.

In Bad Bodenteich, the apartment by the lake offers many highlights. The 50 m² accommodation features a living area with a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, making it ideal for 2 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, and a washing machine. The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with a garden, direct lake access, an open terrace, and a barbecue. A SUP is available free of charge. The beach area with an open fire pit and seating is shared.

Unwind in Gledeberg

The lovingly furnished apartment (approx. 70 square meters) is located on the upper floor of an old half-timbered house. The whole apartment was renovated in 2020 and furnished in a modern country house style. The location on the outskirts and the many windows allow a view of fields, forest and meadows and on clear nights you can admire a special starry sky here. A large, lovingly designed garden, outdoor seating and lockable storage for bicycles are available.

Your home: A light-flooded cozy apartment over the rooftops of the old town island. In just two minutes' walk you are at the beautiful Elbe beach or the market square with small cafes and antique shops. With the bicycle ferry you are on the other side of the Elbe in 5 minutes from where a pleasant cycle path always leads you along the river. P.S. Are you looking for a special kind of forest experience? Enjoy a stay in our idyllic and fully equipped holiday home in the south of the Lüneburg Heath. Whether on long walks or bike rides, coffee and cake enjoyment on the terrace or a barbecue experience on the fire barrel, it is entirely up to you. The forest house is located in the middle of a natural forest property, with many special highlights, such as the barbecue and sauna hut.

Country loft in a circular village

We welcome you to the beautiful and historic Rundlingsdorf Satemin in Wendland. The former farmhouse from 1850 is divided into two residential units. The property is located in the former 110 m² commercial part and spacious tiled area. From there you have a sheltered view of the village square with the old half-timbered houses. On the lovingly planted courtyard with cobblestones there is another small stable building and a rear barn.

The holiday home is situated on our spacious, tree-lined property. Here you can truly relax and enjoy peace and nature, even though we’re located in the Hanseatic town of Uelzen. It offers approx. 40 m² on the ground floor with a sofa bed and a cozy 10 m² loft (ceiling height ~1.5 m) with a double bed.
