Historic House/Artist Retreat & Private Waterfall

Partially renovated, 250 yr old home. Steep steps to 2nd floor, private entrance, w/ a VERY large living rm! The house is old, w/ unlevel floors, and therefore nicely discounted. Think of this as an old-fashioned “Glamping” experience! This is NOT a luxury stay, but the serene outdoors makes the difference. Hot tub in the backporch looks over the waterfalls. 6 friendly chickens outdoors & 2 shy cats in garage. Disregard renovation Reviews... almost done! Now we are painting inbetween bookings
