Paal 14 is a cozy, comfortable, classy 4-person cottage on a beautiful avenue, within walking distance of the dunes, climbing dune, the village with shops and restaurants. It is a fully independent house with garden with lots of privacy. On the ground floor, there is a cozy living room with pellet stove and a new open kitchen, which is equipped with all comforts. Behind the house is a private garden with terrace. On the second floor are a bathroom, 2 bedrooms with 4 beds and a laundry room with washing machine.

Holiday Home Mila

Holiday Home Mila is located in the coast village Egmond aan Zee, 50 meters from the dunes and 100 meters from the center. The beach is 300 meters away from the house. In the village there are several good restaurants, bars and lovely terraces. The supermarket is 200 meters away. The center of the cozy cheese town of Alkmaar can easily be reached by bus with 20 minutes. A day in Amsterdam is also a possibility. From the train station (Heiloo or Alkmaar) every half hour a train goes to A'dam.

Our studio has a luxury bathroom with rain shower, kitchen with dishwasher, combination microwave, induction hob, Nespresso and spacious fridge, underfloor heating. Complete privacy on the edge of Bergen with the city center 5 minutes away. Free use of 2 bikes. It is possible to bring your dog (see the house rules for the conditions and extra costs). In June-Sept rental per whole week from Saturday to Saturday, outside of it a minimum of 3 nights.

Or a group of friends looking for a nice location for their annual get-together weekend.

The property is known and famous for the many artists who have performed there. It's the ideal home base for exploring the city and the region. On the ground floor you will find one of the best and hippest restaurants of Alkmaar with a sunny terrace on the waterfront.. The entire house is new and high-quality finished.

This cozy summer house is located in our yard behind our home. It has a nice kitchen unit, a sitting area with a nice sofa, TV with WiFi, a dining area, 1 bedroom with a double box spring and a nice bathroom. The bed is made upon arrival. 't Achterend is a beautiful guest house in our North Holland farm, rural, located in the village of Stroet, close to the sea and forest... Unfortunately, our apartment is not suitable for children, due to a ditch on the premises. It is also possible to rent electric bicycles! (15 per bicycle per day) Direct WiFi connection for working from home.
