Welcome to your retreat in the Salzkammergut – surrounded by nature, with a partial view of Lake Attersee and hiking trails right on your doorstep! :) Our cosy studio flat (approx. 40 m²) on the ground floor of our detached house offers a sleeping alcove with a double bed, a kitchen, a bathroom and a private terrace for a peaceful morning accompanied by the sound of birdsong. A hammock, fire pit and sunbathing lawn are already waiting for you – parking included. Perfect for two – we look forward to welcoming you!

In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

The place is close to the refreshing waters of a clear mountain lake in the Austrian alps, ideal for swimming, sailing, hiking, down-hill and cross-country skiing, skydiving, mountain biking, and so much more. Salzburg is just an hour away, Vienna and Munich close enough for a day trip. The apartment is just steps from the lake, spacious and sun-filled with an open-floor living area, a large quiet bedroom and a sunny terrace and front yard. A great place for families, couples and solo travelers.

The apartment is about 200 m (walking distance) from the center. You can reach the surrounding infrastructure on foot in 5 minutes. In the center of Steinbach am Attersee there is: a tourist office, children's playground, church, community, post office, pizzeria and a grocery store Local tax on site: €2.40 per adult per night.
