The apartment (55 sqm) is on the first floor (bathroom, kitchen & conservatory) and second floor (bedroom and living/bedroom) with private access. For layout, see floor plan. The apartment has a large, quiet garden which can of course be shared. A parking space is located on the property in front of the garage. Very centrally located, pedestrian zone, restaurants, shops in the immediate vicinity.

It is a cozy apartment (first floor) on the green outskirts of Jever. The quiet location allows you to have a relaxed and peaceful stay. All around, small paths over fields and meadows invite you to linger. The apartment offers 2 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and two bathrooms (shower and bathtub). A terrace is available. Bicycles can be stored. The North Sea is only 15 km away. A perfect location for exploring Friesland and Ostfriesland.

Design apartment right in the center of Wilhelmshaven

The apartment is located in the center of Wilhelmshaven, so attractions, restaurants and the main train station with adjoining shopping arcade are within walking distance. The décor is stylish and modern and ensures an exceptional stay with the open living and kitchen area. It is located on the 2nd floor, which is why it is nice and bright. There is no elevator in the house but a private parking space right outside the front door.

Moin moin, ihr Nordseemöwen!! Wir heißen euch ganz herzlich Willkommen in unserem Nordic Stay mit ca. 140qm Wohnfläche. Unser großzügiger Wohn- und Essbereich lädt zu gesseligen Kochabenden und gemütlichen Mahlzeiten ein. Die moderne Küche ist bestens ausgestatet mit Induktionskochfeld, Backofen, Kühl- Gefrierschrank, Mikrowelle und vielem mehr. Zur unserer Wohnung im ersten Obergeschoss gehört ein eigener Parkplatz.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The light-flooded vacation home is very well located to discover all interesting sights and beaches. It is equipped with all the amenities you need for a successful stay. Highlights include the stylish decor with loving details. In particular, the spacious wooden terrace, which can be reached via several floor-to-ceiling doors, is equipped with comfortable furniture.

Apartment Herzallerliebst

The apartment is on the upper floor and is accessible via an external staircase. The kitchen is fully equipped. The large bedroom is a quiet retreat with a double bed and a sofa bed. A second bedroom with box-spring bed and second bed in the gallery offers flexibility. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower. Towels and hairdryer are of course provided. Balcony and garden also create space to relax.

Friesen store

The building is located on a cul-de-sac. The property is well established. Part of the garden can also be used. A covered barbecue area is available for guests. Pets are allowed in this house; I charge €5 per dog per day. This amount is payable in cash on the day of arrival. A few things of daily life - bread and rolls can be purchased from me by reservation. I try to offer organic standard when possible.

The apartment is located in the center of the municipality of Wangerland... to the sea/beach... to Jever... to East Frisia... everything can be reached in 10 min. by car... directly in Hohenkirchen there is a play city for children in the village of Wangerland... there is a Wangersee with beach, football golf etc... in Wangerland there are also a variety of cycling trails... come and discover Wangerland

The vacation home is fully equipped and has a cozy courtyard. Two parking spaces are right outside the door. Linens and towels are included. Sights, shopping, restaurants and pubs are within walking distance. The North Sea coast is about 12 km away, perfect for exploring Friesland, East Friesland and the islands. Two e-bikes can be rented by arrangement.
