Our cottage

Our cottage is a place for anyone who likes to recharge their batteries in nature - whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You'll find it in an oak and pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it might not look like it at first glance, there are neighbours in the area, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Fishing cabin with sauna

A cozy fishing hut by the forest and a pond where time flows more slowly. In the morning, you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast on a picnic blanket and a boat trip, and during the day, you can freshen up under the solar shower or relax in a hammock with a view of the sunset. New to our hotel is a private wood-fired sauna – the perfect ritual for warming up after a long day. In the evening, you can then warm up by a crackling fireplace or an open-air firepit, while bats glide silently overhead. The perfect place for moments of silence and escape to nature.

Elsbeer Chalet

Thanks to the large windows, all rooms are very bright. Special attention has been paid to the high-quality furnishings. Among other things, you will find a kitchen and a dining table with armchairs made of solid Elsbeer wood. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the chalet, but it can also be switched off on request. The permanently installed air conditioner not only cools and heats, it also cleans the air of various bacteria and thus creates a clean living environment. If requested, we can provide a crib.

Tiny House Waldviertel

Dem Alltag entfliehen in einem Paradies im Grünen. Das neu errichtete Tiny House mitten im Herzen des Waldviertels bietet die perfekte Zuflucht. Am nebenliegenden Schacherteich und den angrenzenden Bundesforsten kommen nicht nur (zukünftige) Hobbyfischer/innen, sondern auch alle Naturliebhaber/innen auf ihre Kosten. Egal ob für kurze Wochenendausflüge oder längere Aufenthalte; als Familientrip, Pärchen-Getaway oder eine Auszeit allein - dieses kleine Häuschen hat für jede Kombi etwas zu bieten.

Old Town Living Studio

Toto jedinečné útulné rodinné studio je ukryté v samém srdci historického centra Českého Krumlova. Situované je v přízemí autentického domu z 16. století. Interiér je zcela nově zrekonstruovaný s důrazem na detail, pohodlí a funkčnost. Dominantou studia je prostorná a mimořádně pohodlná postel s kvalitní matrací, která zaručí dokonalý odpočinek po dni stráveném objevováním města. K dispozici je také plně vybavená kuchyň, ideální pro všechny, kdo si chtějí dopřát domácí vaření i na cestách.

Modřínový mini domek v lesní oáze je vybaven luxusní matrací s mušelínovým povlečením, kuchyňkou, splachovací toaletou. V obývací části je jídelní stůl, kamna a sedací okno s výhledem do stromů a na březový balkon, kde si můžete vychutnat ranní kávu. V horním patře najdete útulnou ložnici. Jsme na okraji města a přitom hned vedle lesa. V ledničce čeká snídaně z vybraných bio lokálních surovin pro pomalé a pohodlné ráno. Kuchyňka je vybavena vším, co je potřeba k jednoduchému vaření.

The immediate vicinity to Rosenburg and Burg Gars is ideal for guests who would like to combine their stay with a visit or work on the rich art and cultural events, e.g. the Burg Gars opera. A few minutes from the house, charming wine taverns invite you to enjoy regional wines and specialties. Cycling and hiking trails start right at the door!

The Waldviertel apartment is stylish and suitably equipped for the Waldviertel. In the first of the two bedrooms there is a double bed, a spacious wardrobe and a small seating area! The second bedroom is equipped with two double beds. In the living area there is a fully equipped kitchen including a large corner bench and an electric fireplace. However, the highlight is the newly designed bathroom with a rain shower and stone sink.

The Imbach tree house can comfortably accommodate two people. Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed. From the property, you can easily set off on a variety of excursions: to the Wachau, to Krems or to the Waldviertel. But the capital city of Vienna is also just an hour away.

Wake to a view over the green garden and old orchard, above which rise the castle, St. Vitus Church and the entire historic centre. Lipno 30 minutes by car, Šumava National Park within an hour — the densest network of marked trails in the Czech Republic begins practically at the door.
