Hunting season is coming up, and there is over 30k acres of state land within 20 min.

It is 30 minutes from downtown Ithaca and within an easy drive of the many towns, wineries, and waterfalls along Cayuga and Seneca Lakes. It has seasonal running water, off-grid solar, fiber internet, composting toilets and a seasonal outdoor shower.

Nestled on the East side of Seneca Lake is a AUTHENTIC cozy cabin style cottage with a private shale beach five miles from Watkins Glen. There are four lounge chairs on the beach that are perfect for sunbathing along with a dock, diving board. There is a privacy fence around the property with a 4 person hot tub. Renters also have access to three kayaks, 18 foot canoe ,boat lift, fire pit, outdoor grill and a perfect view of the evening sunsets. I air conditioners installed July 2024

Comfortably sleeps 4 but lots of space on porch and plenty of room to pitch a tent if extra sleeping area was desired. There is an outhouse near the cabin. Large boulder fire pit, park style grill and picnic table for your enjoyment. Wild apple trees, blueberries and wildlife all around. 50 acre lake for fishing or paddling and trails for walking.
