Das liebevoll restaurierte Cottage mit Kamin,Fussbodenheizung,Beamer und grossem Panoramafenster wurde zu einem preisgekrönten Studio umgebauten und bietet Platz für Paare, Freunde und Familien mit Kindern ab 6 Jahren sowie für Yogagruppen und Workshops. Unzählige Badestellen, Wander- und Radwege befinden sich in der Nähe.

A house in the fields

The house is situated alone in a sea of fields, surrounded by the wind in a fantastic perennial garden. With the help of many artist colleagues and friends, this formerly unspectacular guesthouse from the 1990s was converted and renovated into a small oasis and a garden was created with the help of landscape designer Rainer Elstermann. In constant growth and change, an idyllic place was created - and is still being created - in which 10 people can be accommodated in the guest part.

On the ground floor is a large living area with fireplace, SMART TV, a fully equipped fitted kitchen, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with toilet, washbasin, shower and washer-dryer. In the attic you can use 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed each and 1 bathroom with toilet, washbasin, shower and sauna. In the garden you will find 2 terraces, an outdoor hot tub with 35 degrees water temperature, a shed and 2 parking spaces.

In a quiet location of Neubrandenburg, near Lake Tollensee, we offer you a newly renovated, 37 m² apartment with separate kitchen, bathroom, hallway and a sunny balcony. Our price already includes all essential ancillary services. This includes: electricity, water, heating, Wi-Fi, towels/dish towels, bed linen, hairdryer, coffee maker, kettle and many more, which is part of a good kitchen equipment. Free parking is available in the immediate vicinity.

Camper site Obstwiese

Treat yourself to a break by the campfire during a stay with your own trailer or motorhome (no rather large vehicles possible) under the stars. There is peace and quiet in the orchard at the old caretaker's house (tractors will only be on the road during harvest time), and the summer kitchen is cozy even when it rains. Firewood is free. Our house on Lake Tollensee is a beautiful place to get away from the noise of the city. Located directly on Lake Tollensee, which invites you to swim or stand-up paddle in its clear water. Or for nice bike rides about 35 km around the lake. The location between Neustrelitz and Neubrandenburg offers many opportunities for shopping or visiting restaurants.
