In the middle of the rural idyll of the old village of Heemsen between Hanover and Bremen, near the Weser (cycle path) and Lichtenmoor (cranes), you will find the quietly located guest house. The detached, 120 m², completely renovated vacation home consists of a cozy and bright living and dining room including a fireplace, a nice kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2/1/1), 2 bathrooms plus guest toilet, a furnished terrace, parking spaces and a beautiful garden.

Well-being in the heart of Nienburg (Weser)

We offer cozy rooms in our house. These are located in our lovingly furnished sewing cafe right next to the large converted water tower. You can quickly reach the train station (about 2 minutes' walk), the city center / old town with the most beautiful weekly market in Europe (about 8 minutes' walk) or the Weser cycle path. This proximity characterizes the location of our house and is ideal for a break as a couple, solo traveler, cyclist, trade fair visitor (Hanover) and much more.

AUSZEITHAUS with sauna and infrared cabin

Pure idyll! You treat yourself to a break in the calm countryside! In a private house with 140 square meters. In the enclosed courtyard there is a pavilion, garden loungers and a large grill. You will stay on two floors in lovingly designed rooms. You can relax and explore the area, cycle, swim or paddle on the Aller. Our village is 10 km from the equestrian town of Verden, right on the Weser-Aller cycle path and a five-minute walk to the river. Children and dogs are welcome.

Fair sleep attic studio

One-room loft studio in the oldest part of our family farm. Bright, welcoming room with a double bed and a single bed, a small kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. You can reach the room via an external spiral staircase and the small roof terrace that goes with it, which has a view over the fields. Ideally suited for cyclists, mechanics and those on a short break. There is a charging station for electric vehicles. There is a fee for use, which is charged locally.

Vacation home on the Schwarzes Moor farm

The building is charmingly located directly on the edge of one of our former heathland sheep pastures. Our apartment is suitable for two/four adults and up to two children. Cozy, partly antique, yet modernly furnished rooms. Each room has its own style. This room is located in a country house, with several residential complexes. It is on the ground floor with a separate entrance, large double bed, bathroom, TV. In the hallway there is a small safe, mini fridge, kettle and Tassimo machine. Whether small or large – you can certainly have a lovely time in our unique vacation home right on the lake.

Former bakery

The former bakery in Schweringen was completely renovated as a guest house in 2019 and now offers 2 rooms (1 room with a double bed, 1.40 wide and 1 room with 2 single beds, 90 cm wide) with a shared living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The Weser ferry and the Weser cycle path are right outside the door. Schweringen and the beautiful surroundings invite you to take long walks and bike rides.

Our apartment convinces with its central location right next to the church. The Weser and an idyllic lake are within walking distance. The bright, friendly living room with a large window invites you to relax, while the open kitchen is ideal for shared meals. With two separate bedrooms, the accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people, perfect for couples, families or groups of friends.

This cozy apartment is located on the first floor of our single-family house, which was extensively renovated in 2021, and offers around 40 sqm of living space – perfect for those who appreciate a compact and homely feel. The apartment is accessible via an outdoor staircase and has its own private entrance, allowing you to enjoy your stay independently.

Water mill pure romance top. The Bruchmühle is the only functioning water mill in Bruchhausen-Vilsen. The mill dates from the 13th century and has a large private mill pond.
