On the ground floor, with a separate entrance, there is a kitchen-living room with a sofa bed, an induction hob, a wood-burning stove and a bathroom. The loft accommodates the double bed and offers the possibility of adding a single bed. The outdoor kitchen, barbecue area, swimming pool, shower and outdoor toilet are for shared use.
