The unique, newly renovated duplex apartment is part of the Chata Pod Desenským vrchem cottage, located in a semi-secluded area near the forest. The surrounding nature and privacy will provide you with an ideal environment for rest and relaxation, as well as sports experiences. Directly from the cottage you can go on a bike trip, a hike, in winter you can go cross-country skiing or go skiing. Within the large garden, there is a seating area with a grill and a fireplace. There is also a children's playground. Come and experience the unique atmosphere of our cottage and the surrounding nature.

Our apartment is located in the mountains in the Krkonoše, in the town of Žacléř. The accommodation is especially suitable for large families and groups of friends. We can accommodate up to 12 people. The apartment has a cinema room, with a great sound system, an Xbox game console and a large spacious couch. The apartment also includes a wine cellar, which is fully equipped with quality wine from a Czech winery, but beer lovers will not be disappointed either. The fully equipped kitchen boasts a built-in oven in the kitchenette and a hot tub on the terrace.

We live in a beautiful and quiet area in a single-family housing estate, 10 minutes walk from the Cieplice Baths. There is a lot of greenery around. In the center of Cieplice there are two parks - Zdrojowy and Norweski, where you can walk, feed squirrels and admire the mountain views. Nearby there are shops: Netto, Lidl and Biedronka.
