Enjoy a quiet place after hunting or fishing with a 3 minute walk to the Mississippi River Levee. If you are looking for some of the best hunting or fishing in South Louisiana, this is the area. Anything else, this is not your place. It is about 15 minutes from Venice Marina. THIS IS A SMOKE FREE RENTAL AND PLEASE RESPECT THIS RULE FOR OUR PLACE. There is a grocery store called Friedmins on the way & hardware/tackle store. Dollar General and Family Dollar not far from where you are.

This little gem is located in the Cypress Cove Bay at Cypress Cove Marina, Venice, LA This newly renovated two story houseboat is perfect! Sleeps 12 people, 3-bedrooms, 3 full baths, full kitchen, kitchenette, washer/dryer, 500 lb ice machine, card game room (overlooking the bay and incredible Cypress trees), boat dock, parking lot, communal swimming pool. Your Captain can pick you up and drop you off at the lodge. Can’t wait to “sea” you!
