The "Trabocco in Campagna" is a special structure surrounded by olive trees, which was built between the sea and the mountains. It was completed in 2025, with attention to every detail. 2 minutes from the centre of Lanciano, 10 minutes from the Trabocchi Coast, 40 minutes from the Majella, you can enjoy a stay immersed in nature, "as if on a Trabocco". But what is overflow? It is an ancient fishing stilt anchored to the rock on large intertwined wooden poles, capable of withstanding the force of the sea.

Ideal house to relax with the family, among olive trees and nature! It is simple and comfortable. We have a lovely garden (not fenced but safe), with playground, 3*2m children's pool, barbecue area, and table football, to enjoy evenings outdoors with your family. Baby cot and high chair available. Around us we have several services and a few kilometres away, the beautiful coast of the trabocchi with the long cycle/pedestrian path (sea view). The beaches: from the stretches of sand to those of stone.

Il mare, e in particolare la bellissima zona cavalluccio tra i trabocchi, è a meno di dieci minuti di macchina. Nelle vicinanze anche il borgo medioevale di Rocca San Giovanni e la cittadina di Fossacesia. La Villa si articola su due piani: piano terra zona living, bagno e una camera da letto; primo piano un' altra camera da letto con terrazzino privato.
