This cabin is so clean and beautiful. The host provides so much that other cabins I’ve stayed at did not. He has so many pots and pans and utensils and basically everything in the kitchen that you’d ever need. He even provided laundry detergent and shampoo and body wash in the bathrooms. Everything looked even nice in the cabin than in the pictures. We used the fire pit and it was lovely. Well worth the money, it was so peaceful no noise and it felt like I was at home. I definitely recommend! There was even tons of movies and board games and the tv is also a smart tv with streamings apps.

This cabin is a little slice of Heaven! Big South Fork National park is breathtaking! Leane goes the extra mile and then some! We were pleasantly surprised to see all the extras she provides. We roasted hot dogs and had s’mores around the fire pit with our granddaughter thanks to the things Leane provided. This cabin is peaceful, beautiful and checks all the boxes. The beds are comfortable and the entire place feels like home! Thank you Leane for all your recommendations and for making our stay at your cabin an amazing get-away!

Had an excellent stay. My first AirBnB experience and it went perfect. Their AirBnB is clean, spacious, and very well set up for travelers. They have all kinds of things in the event you forget something, they probably have it there for you. The hot tub was great, location is peaceful, checks every box.

We got many hours of joy from the piano and the incredible screened in porch. We loved the tranquility and the birdsong. The new, blessedly deep bathtub and big shower were excellent. Also enjoyed reading a few of the great books! The place was not as clean as we had expected, and since we were staying for over a month we did a good bit of cleaning, so it may be better for the next folks. Updates to the kitchen and better pans would be nice. Be prepared that there are not a lot of restaurants or grocery options nearby. We planned ahead so that wasn’t an issue. For accessibility, be aware you will need to go up or down curved wooden stairs from the main level to get to any bathroom. Be careful not to slip on the steps.

This was such a cute and cozy stay for my husband and I for the week! We were in the area to hike and explore the Big South Fork and it was the perfect location to get to everything we wanted to see. We were really only there to sleep and shower but it was just what we needed. Jimmy was very responsive and being a former ranger in the BSF he had plenty of recommendations for us. I will say the shower is very tiny and being a tall gal it wasn’t the easiest to maneuver in and bigger folks may have issues. Overall, we loved our stay and would come back again!

The house is in a great location for access to brimstone with plenty of parking. The full basement with garage was great for everyone to hangout! SxS access to local gas station and food was perfect for us! The host was very responsive and even allowed an early check in for us at no cost since there were no guests in the house the night prior to our arrival! Well definitely be back and sending a few photos for the wall of shame 😅

Our group absolutely loved staying here! This is our second time staying in this house and it is always a wonderful stay! Close to numerous riding trails, including Brimstone. The house is ALWAYS IMMACULATE! The beds are comfy, the kitchen has everything you need and some! We will be visiting again next year!

I stayed at Anne's place upon the recommendation of my sister & brother-in-law, who stayed there 2 weeks prior to my arrival. The name "Cozy Cabin" is an understatement! I loved it.....and the beds are SO comfortable that I had to take a look-see to find out the name of the mattress....Nectar! As far as supplies go, almost everything you can think of is there.....I WAY overbought stuff at the local Dollar General before arriving at the cabin. Hot tub is the bomb, and if you go down to the end of the street about a mile, you can hike down to the river (it's a strenuous walk), but beautiful. My primary mission was to check-out Big South Fork Airpark, which is located literally right down the street from the cabin. I spent most of my time on the back deck admiring the view, listening to birds chirping & listening to the morning dew fall from the trees. If you're single, or just a married couple, and you want to get away....and I mean get away....it's awesome.
