My house is a lovely totally remodeled open floor plan two story built in 1890 located near downtown with easy access to stores, bars, restaurants and theater. I kept the old charm but brought in all the modern conveniences. It has a huge kitchen, nice dining room and living room. The bedrooms are upstairs and each is an ensuite with a Juliet balcony. Nice enclosed front porch, back porch and 3 patios 1 covered. Enjoy the gas grill and patios with our nice cool evenings.
