One mile from downtown area with coffee shop, bakeries, brewery and restaurants. No Pet Fees, Free EV Charging. Beautiful Ocean Front small house cottage with deck is the perfect peaceful getaway for amazing sunsets or watching the mysterious fog of the ocean. (Beach stairs closed and under repair with no known completion date due to significant engineering issues). Beach access within 1/2 mile south and north. Beach stair access will hopefully be restored soon as the contractor has finally provided a plan.

The Seal Cove is a cozy ground level/bottom floor retreat with a hot tub & views of the Siuslaw River from your private backyard. There is an efficiency kitchenette & small bath. High tide you can watch the seals frolicking in the cove. At low tide you can see the seals sunbathing on the sand bar just past the cove (this is how Seal Cove derived its name).
