'샘물농장'은 자연과 동물을 사랑합니다. 사계절 언제나 나무, 동물들과 교화될 수 있도록, 열심히 가꿔나가고 있습니다. (동물친구들 : 양, 토끼, 칠면조, 강아지, 고양이, 거위 등) 02. 고요히 머물다 가실 수 있도록, 3개의 독채를 운영합니다. 각 소나무/회화나무/라일락입니다. 따스한 아궁이 온기가 가득한 황토방입니다. 독채마다의 기준인원 2인이며, 최대 4인까지 수용 가능합니다. 03. '샘물농장'을 베이스캠프로 포천의 아트밸리, 평강랜드, 광릉수목원, 어메이징 파크, 명성산, 한탄강 지질공원 등 여행지를 둘러볼 수 있습니다.

Sanson Terrace "Silk Barn"

Ohinata in Sakuho-town is a small village in a valley. I renovated a 80 years small wooden house by myself taking a long time. The building used to be used for raising silkworms by farms. It was our culture and industry to get silks in this area. You can have a calm time for having Coffee and beer, reading books, listening music... The village is surrounded by nature for hiking to mountains and rivers. Some local families live in around the house, so please stay like the village people.

ホスト自らリノベーションを行った築130年の古民家一棟貸しの宿です。 宿の中には歴史を感じる太い梁、抜けるような眺望、懐かしさを感じる囲炉裏、暖かい薪ストーブ、外には五右衛門風呂を用意しております。 田舎のゆっくりとした時間の流れを感じながら、田舎で暮らす醍醐味を感じていただければ幸いです。 食事は食材を持ち込んでいただき、IHヒーター・冷蔵庫・電子レンジ・トースターのあるキッチンで料理をしていただくか、囲炉裏に溶岩プレートや囲炉裏鍋をご用意致しますので、食材を焼いてお召し上がりいただきます。また、裏手には畑があり、季節によっては採れたての野菜を収穫し、そのままお召し上がりいただけます。 お風呂は２種類あり、内風呂はユニットバス、外にはゲスト自ら火入れをしていただく五右衛門風呂を用意しております。 寝室は畳で、お布団を敷かせていただいております。寝室にはエアコンをご用意しており、快適にお休みいただけます。 ウッドデッキにはリクライニングチェアをご用意しておりますので、田舎の里山の景色をお楽しみください。

I want you take calm time with your loved ones in the cozy house. *It's very suburb, so you need a car(snow tires are necessary during December to April) to come and sightseen. There are livestock farms around the house. Sometimes, smells like a barn for cows. If you don't like it, I don't recommend you to book the house.

드넓은 악양 평사리 들판이 한 눈에 내려다보이고 근처에는 최참판댁, 동정호등이 도보 5분거리에 있으며 버스정류소가 바로 아래에 있어 대중교통 이용도 편리합니다. 또한 스타웨이하동과 한산사, 매암제다원, 섬진강 모래사장, 맛집이나 까페들도 차량 5분거리에 있습니다. 황토와 편백으로 마감된 작은 별채는 툇마루가 있어 차를 마시며 담소를 나누기 더없이 좋습니다. 전원생활을 즐기면서 운영하는 작은 게스트하우스라 조용하고 마을과 떨어져있어 저녁에는 풀벌레 소리 들으며 호젓하고 편안하게 쉬어갈 수 있는 곳입니다.
