Holiday rentals with a sauna in Sea of Marmara

The apartment is very big and clean, close to taksim, the host is very responsive and helpful

To reach the house, it is necessary to pass through the narrow streets, but it is very good that it has its own parking lot, the house is beautiful and meets the expectations, the location of the house is nice, the only bad thing about the house is that the streets leading to the house are narrow, except for that, everything is nice.

Great host Very Recommended

The place is as described, clean. Internet is just fine to scroll and watch movies, so if you work remotely, you might need to visit cafes, which are in 200m range. Perfect communication from host. Place is 1km from Taksim, but you have to go thru a mountain.

Ms. Melike's quick and solution-oriented responses helped us a lot. The apartment was as shown in the photos, very clean, clean in the facilities, and the attendants were friendly. Thank you for this beautiful experience we had.

If we are to stay in that area again, we would prefer Mr. Celal's house without hesitation again. The house is as it appears in the photos, and Mr. Celal was very helpful with both check-in and check-out, he was always very interested. The fact that it had parking was the biggest advantage. Yes, the slope it is located is steep, but it is definitely worth it because it is within walking distance to Taksim Square and the bus station.

Nice place

Apartment as shown in the photos. Great for groups of 6. Three bedrooms and two new bathrooms; a living room and large kitchen. The upstairs terrace is great for relaxing in the sun. There were a few shortcomings in the house that were promptly addressed by the timely intervention of the host. In general, the location is good, although the climb that leads from the apartment to Piazza taksim for those with serious mobility difficulties can be uncomfortable, so just pay attention to this. Elevators, water and electricity always working perfectly. The apartment is on the border between the new area of taksim and a slightly more popular area but this does not create any problem as the area is, in general, super safe both day and night. Some noise from the street (istanbul, in general is chaotic) but the top floor and soundproofing of the windows mitigated this aspect. Ask the host for tips on where to go, transportation, etc..., it will always help you 360°.

The home was impeccable, 12-15 from istiklal. On the 6th floor with a nice view, spotless. The complex is very organized with a pool , gym and 2 food shops and the host impeccable, everything we needed was always there and helped us!!

We stayed with 5 families and 1 small child, there were still rooms we did not use, Mr. Batur was very interested from the first moment, he responded very quickly to all our questions. The house was very clean and tidy. The pool was clean and large enough. The ingredients in the kitchen were sufficient. We had a very pleasant and beautiful holiday, thank you 🤩😇

We were very satisfied with the service in the house. Except for the cleanliness, everything else was fine. The balcony was not usable without slippers. Very dirty unfortunately. Unfortunately, wearing white socks was not possible in the apartment. Otherwise, the stay there was very good. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Balat, Istanbul. The villa was in excellent condition – everything was well-maintained and spotless. The space was more than enough for our group, and the bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Our host was incredibly helpful, always quick to respond and very friendly, which made us feel truly welcome. Staying in Balat gave us the perfect opportunity to experience the authentic side of Istanbul. It was a real treat to be surrounded by the local charm, colorful streets, and unique atmosphere of this historic neighborhood. Highly recommended!

The weekend vacation we spent as a family at Ms. Gülin's house was very pleasant and peaceful for us. The house was even nicer than it looked in the photos and prepared with every detail in mind. We were very pleased with the cleanliness, comfort and being in touch with nature. Ms. Gülin was also open to communication, helpful and hospitable. We would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Sapanca with peace of mind.
