Waterfront holiday rentals in Sea of Marmara

Second time here, great area with bars and restaurants full of locals, easy access to sights by ferry and bus/tram.

We had a wonderful stay at Bedirhan's apartment. The best part of the apartment is definitely the view and Bedirhan's hospitality. We had a small issue with the bathroom, and Bedirhan immediately responded and got everything fixed while we were out exploring the city. He will also arrange private airport transfer if needed and gives you a long list of local recommendations. The location of the apartment is great, walking distance to great restaurants and breakfast hotspots. Recommended!

Ahmet went above and beyond to make sure my stay is confortable and relaxing , I had some challenges with the taxi driver but luckily Ahmet was there to welcome me and resolved it with the driver , Ahmet helped not only with accommodation but also his recommendation for restaurant and taxi going back to airport . Ahmet is very nice , polite and great host

I wasn’t expecting such a beautiful flat given the reasonable price and INCREDIBLE location! As others have noted, it’s just off of a major street so there can be some noise and light pollution from party boats, but not a bad problem to have. The kitchen is well equipped. Apart from the salon, the apartment is a bit dark and some light bulbs were out. There is an abundance of storage! We also had a high chair and a crib available (more of a pack and play—our baby wouldn’t sleep in it but the host made it available!). The location and the view from the salon are the highlights here. Less than 5 minutes to the tram, the kabataș ferry station and the funicular to Taksim, not to mention the gorgeous dolmabaçe mosque right out the window, the with palace just beyond that has a lovely seaside cafe. There is a very slight incline from the Main Street to the flat—enough to create some distance but easily walkable for our elderly relatives. Look forward to staying here again!

I had an amazing stay at SeaView Grand in Istanbul! The place was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful location. A special thanks to Yunus, who provided outstanding service—he even helped deliver my suitcase after I accidentally left it behind. He is truly trustworthy and went above and beyond to help. I highly recommend SeaView Grand and Yunus’s excellent service to anyone visiting Istanbul!

First of all, hello, we are very happy that we went to such a house and met such a host under the conditions of Turkey, we stayed for 2 nights, they took care of us for everything and the view was perfect, we are definitely planning to go again 💯💯💯

It was a nice holiday, they only had their pier because we arrived at the end of September, we would have gotten this information from them, but we used the pier in the neighbors next door, the house is a little busy as in the photos, but we were generally satisfied, the sand after the pier at the sea was nice, thank you

Peaceful and comfortable accommodation with amazing views and all the creature comforts. An excellent base for exploring Istanbul by ferry or bus, with nice cafes nearby. Can recommend using a delivery service (we used Getir) to get groceries in.

we had a very nice holiday as in our own summer house, quiet, calm, peaceful, with birds chirping with the sounds of the waves and the sea view. The villa is beautiful, just like the pictures, the house items and furniture have been carefully selected . In a nice location for those who are considering the sea and nature holiday together; we would like to thank the ifaze and wife, who takes care of the house and our neighbor, for their treats and nice conversations. Niche is an amazing host Very helpful from the beginning untill we check out The apartment is tastefully decorated and big enough for our group of 5 people 1 has slept on the sofa in the living room which was very comfortable The beds were high end quality and very comfortable to sleep Even though the apartment is located right next to Galata tower the neighborhood was very quite a hidden gem Surrounded by Many restaurants shops and walking distance to everywhere we wanted to discover Tram metro even ferries just few minutes away by walk We really enjoyed our stay at Niche’s place and definatelly book this place again

We stayed for 2 nights at Vedat's place. We did enjoy the close proximity to the beach which makes Büyükçekmece one of the highlights in Istanbul. The neighbourhood is family-like and welcoming to respectful guests. Spending a weekend there will truly create unforgetful memories. Vedat and his brother made sure that our stay was as smooth as possible. When I had a question, Vedat was only a text message away. Would stay again.

We spent total of six nights and enjoyed everyday and everything. The flat is clean, modern and comfortable. The owner and his team are very friendly and helpful. It’s a bit of away from the city center but it has good public transport connections. We highly recommend it!!
