Very relaxed stay, good place.

Ahmet's place was just what I needed to get out of the city and enjoy the sea. I had a lot of work to complete and wanted a peaceful place. The apartment was just what I hoped - warm and cozy, clean, neat and PLENTY of good light. For being in the winter and wanting to be outside, this was a perfect alternative because I could enjoy the sea outside the window and be working all warm inside. I enjoyed several walks to the sea. It was beautiful and oh so quiet! I can't wait to go back! Also, Ahmet was an amazing host. He was so quick to help me with questions and ideas of the area. I couldn't have asked for a better weekend away.

I really would advise anyone to rent this fabulous apartment it’s really clean and new. The location in middle of everything and everything is reachable and the whole area safe day and night.. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again and again and I really thanks them for everything

Amazing Stay at Seaview Grand! I had a fantastic stay at Seaview Grand! The apartment was spotless and impeccably clean, which made me feel very comfortable from the moment I arrived. The breathtaking sea view was truly the highlight of my stay—I could sit and admire it for hours! The location was also perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. It was convenient yet peaceful, offering the best of both worlds. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, well-located apartment with stunning views. I would definitely stay here again! Best place to stay in Istanbul, perfect location, pretty and spacious interior! Everything was in walking distance, restaurants, bars, grocery stores. The view from the windows at galata tower was amazing! Laura and Enes are the best hosts on Airbnb, they even let us to stay a few hours longer after check out time , and they helped with our luggage’s.We will surely comeback!

First of all, it is very clean and tidy, a decent and fully relaxing location due to its location. Its own parking lot, beachfront beach, and the host are very polite and comfortable, and it's great to have all the necessary equipment and services available for your comfort.

We had a great stay experience! The house was very clean, tidy and beautiful as in the photos. The location was very good, we were comfortable in terms of transportation. Everything was spotless, no problem with cleanliness The hot water in the bathroom is a little nuisance, but it was warm. The house was very hot on these cold days. Everything was enough. There is nothing missing, there is nothing dirty, you can stay with peace of mind.

Stayed a week at Firat’s place, and it was absolutely perfect! The apartment felt like home and the balcony was one of the highlights. It’s quite even with the doors opened. There are plenty of amenities in the apartment, the gym and the pools. Would highly recommend staying at this apartment, definitely will stay again!

Apartment was very nice and very clean. The homeowner was always responsive, always responded in a few minutes and responded to all our requests. Also special praise to Fr. Hacer, who gave us the keys for the apartment. Very friendly and helpful.
