A delightful self contained annexe with own entrance nestling at the foot of the South Downs, a stroll away from the Old Town of Eastbourne with its array of pubs/eating places. The main town of Eastbourne is a 20 minute walk away and for the energetic you can be on the Downs in matter of moments. Fully refurbished for 2024. The Studio is on the first floor of a lovely, quiet, Victorian house, one minute from the beach. There are great bars and restaurants around the corner, or, if you fancy a stroll along the famous promenade, the heart of Brighton is twenty minutes away. Guests say they love my place for its character, its high ceilings, and its location. It's popular with couples on a romantic break, and people visiting friends or family in the city. Parking for a small additional cost subject to availability.

Escape to the Sea

Gorgeous, spacious, south-facing flat with stunning sea views, original features, and high ceilings. The sunrises/sets and moon reflections are breathtaking! In between St Leonards on Sea and Hastings, and 30 seconds to the beach! The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room a double sofabed. Bedding is cotton/linen washed with non toxic products. Flat is on the 3rd floor but not that many stairs and as such, sea views far from the madding crowd! There is free parking nearby

Outside is a sunny enclosed patio area with table chairs and BBQ. Allocated off road parking on site. Steps at the side of main house lead to a dog friendly private beach with seating for you to enjoy the fabulous sea views. Pevensey bay village is 1.2km away & has pubs, cafes & restaurants.
