Apartment holiday rentals in Seal Beach

The place was just as described. Furniture was dates and uncomfortable but it was fine and i was there as more of a home and not a vacation. As being displaced from the fires. It served its purpose! It gets hot in the living room as there isn’t AC in the front of the unit.

I loved staying at Maria's place. It was close to most areas I had to go to, 10 minutes away from the airport and was a little haven in the middle of Long Beach. The owners were very nice and helpful. It had all the amenities I needed, with a tastefully decorated apartment. I definitely would stay there again!

The unit was extremely clean and well-maintained, though the living room furniture and rug are different than what appears in the listing photos. Ultimately not a big deal, though. The building itself is traditional/classic Hollywood architecture on a residential street. It was easy to find and easy to access with the codes provided by the host. The unit was in a good location - a $10-$12 Uber to Hollywood & Highland, the West Hollywood bars, Beverly Hills, Sunset Strip, The Grove, etc., or if you're up to it, you can just walk to all those places. Overall, I had a great stay, but I did experience significant around-the-clock noise (heavy walking/stomping) from the residents of the unit above this one that would make me second guess a repeat stay. However, neighbor noise will always be a possibilty if you're in an apartment building.

Super cozyyyy! Will def stay here again. Will was an amazing host. His studio is amazing. Just what I needed.

We had an incredible stay at Bradley's Airbnb in Manhattan Beach! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, as well as multiple restaurants and shops, making it so easy to explore the area. The apartment itself was fantastic: well-stocked, clean, and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our family of five, including three teenagers. Bradley's father, Robert, was the main contact and is an excellent host. He was always available for recommendations and went above and beyond by giving us a personal walking tour of the area when we arrived. His knowledge of the local spots made our trip even more enjoyable. Overall, our experience was amazing, and we highly recommend staying here! It was the perfect place for our family vacation. We can not wait to return!

From day one it was like a home from home. Centrally located, well equipped, even though we didn’t use most of the amenities as the restaurant’s are close and great. The house provided an excellent base with everything you need. I would recommend to anyone staying in the area and would look to stay again should we be lucky enough visit Surf City again. A gem! I stayed here for a little "me getaway" for my birthday. There are just 4 houses between this airbnb and the beach, it took me 52 seconds to walk from the gate to the sand. Well appointed kitchen, everything was clean and smelled great. Windows in very room w/particularly great natural light in the bedroom... lovely to feel the warm sun in the comfy bed in the mornings. Good window shades to block out light if you prefer. The bathroom is super cute w/little hotel style toiletry bottles provided. There's good temperature control with a heater, A/C and easy to open windows for a cool ocean breeze. Great beaches, parks, restaurants, coffee shops in the area; I found it to be very quiet and serene - you're ensconced behind a gate and walking path so it feels very private and safe. Free street parking. I was not missing a single thing and host was communicative, gave clear and helpful instructions, and had some thoughtful personal touches in the airbnb. Would return in a heartbeat!

I really loved the place, very spacious and have comfortable bed and couch. Very nice location as I only had to walk 20 mins to The Grove and is also walking distance to Beverly Hills Rodeo drive. Would recommend!

Location, location, location! Wonderful, spotless, and wonderful communication. Parking was perfect. Place is great. The shower takes a bit to warm. I could not get the local news which I like to have on when I travel and I could not find the WiFi. It's a great location but it's the city... so can be a bit noisy. But that is just the City... I used to live in the area... and comes with the Territory! DO NOT HESITATE AND BOOK THIS GEM!

My son and I had a great time in L.A. Mieko's home is in a good neighborhood, clean, and accessible to many hotspots we wanted to visit. The home had everything we needed and Mieko checked with me to ensure that everything was adequate. I would definitely recommend this home to travelers!

Aaron was always responsive and friendly. The house is spacious and had an equipped kitchen. Everything went well!

We felt right at home during our stay at the lovely studio. Mary and Kleber were fantastic hosts. We loved how peaceful and quiet the place was. It has a full kitchen and bathroom, a washer/dryer combo, a private entrance, and an assigned parking spot. I will certainly revisit when I'm back in town.

This downtown Hollywood apartment was the perfect stay! The space was incredibly clean, well-maintained. The complex itself was great with amazing extras like pool and gym. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure I had everything I needed. The location was great, with easy access to restaurants and parking included. Highly recommend!

Maxime was a wonderful host, incredibly responsive and attentive, often checking in to see how I was doing or if I needed anything. The space was exactly as described, with an absolutely incredible view of downtown Los Angeles. It was clean, quiet, and very cozy. Perfect for a guest or two. I would definitely stay here again. At night the view was just perfect. Access to the building gym was a highlight, plus with a heated pool and hot tub on the same level was the cherry on the cake.

Geri’s place was perfect and just as described in the listing. Her space was well decorated and very clean. We loved the location. We highly recommend and would love the opportunity to stay here again during our next visit!
