The house is wonderful and super comfortable, for sure we will recommend it to our friends, and on a trip to black Rio to spend a weekend, we sure would love to have the opportunity to stay in Bady Bassit again, the location is great, the neighborhood is super quiet and pleasant, the neighbors are quiet, briefly we love the experience and the only suggestion would be to put more mirrors, to help you get ready to go out but nothing to disturb rsrs. Super attentive Lucas, easy to communicate, flexible and very polite, always responding to messages quickly, only compliments for hosting and host. Gratitude!

We love the stay. A cozy, safe and comfortable space, so charming that I really felt at home. Electronic gate with very spacious garage with nearby shops, quiet neighbors with no noises. Family Neighborhood. All perfect. The kitchen, bathroom and beds are in excellent condition, with no negative features to highlight. Without a doubt, if I need to return, this will be my first choice of accommodation.

Mr. Onivaldo, extremely receptive and polite, he made great recommendations for snacking nearby, very helpful. Over the house beyond beautiful, impeccable , very clean and smelling. Family environment, better than in the pictures, warm water pool,the children played late into the night. Quiet and safe location, in short, our stay was wonderful!!! The house is excellent! Beautiful, cosy, well-equipped, just like the pictures. If I could, I'd live in it! Kkk We were in a group of 8 people, we stayed well accommodated, everyone loved it. Candido is also a sweetheart, received us when we arrived, showed the whole house and explained everything. Always very solicitous. Our stay was well worth our stay, for sure when I return to this city I will already want to stay there again.

We stayed for 3 days. We very much like the house, the quiet place and the city. The house had everything you needed, we have several relatives living very close to the house where we stayed, so close we were on foot to meet them. The house was clean and with the items we needed, very private and safe. The system of delivery of the keys was quiet and interesting. For sure when we go to Sao Jose do Rio Preto to visit our cousins again we will once again host this house that was very good for us. The neighborhood is very quiet, we walk every morning with tranquility and security. Débora always very helpful and I got answers quickly. Thanks for your attention!

The property was exactly as described. Very clean and organized. There was a printout with the rules and tips such as Wi-Fi password, concierge extension, among others, which helps a lot. Good shower, very clean environment. Arthur is very helpful and responds promptly. Very good. I'll come back if I need to.
