Lara is a wonderful host. Excellent communication, prompt and helpful responses and very friendly. Made us feel right at home. Apartment is cozy with a stunning terrace view. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, plates, bowls, glasses and cups. Beaulieu train station is convenient—a 15 minute doable walk. Villefranche station a tougher journey, especially the climb back up. Parking for apartment very convenient. We loved our stay.

Incredible location right in the heart of the old part of Antibes. Close to swimming, about 20 minutes walk to free parking or train station. Easy communication by Ivan and smooth check in. Charming apartment. Great charm in the home. Nice and fresh! Can really recommend this accommodation, we are happy to book this accommodation again.

Amazing !!! Karine is an absolute Perfect host. Very quickly responds to all messages and makes you feel at home right away. The apartment was spotless, everything was exactly as described. Even the bed and sheets were so comfortable. The beach is less than 3 minutes walk, the little terraces/cafés and shops are also within 2 minutes walk. The best thing is the view of the mountains !! Merci Karine for an amazing stay.

Very pleasant stay, Tobias is very friendly and caring, his accommodation is perfectly thought out for an idyllic stay. And cherry on the cake, take the time to have a drink at Üga its wine bar in the old center of Montalto and enjoy its beautiful selection of wine.

Perfect apartment for a working/vacation. Great location close to the centre of Villefranche although you do need to be fairly fit to climb the steps from the harbourside to the property. Roni was very helpful and met us on arrival and gave us some great tips on local bars and restaurants. Highly recommended and looking forward to returning soon.

Wonderful visit at the apartment. We stayed for a week. The location was perfect for us. Close to bus and tram stops, grocery and bakery shops — and across the street from the promenade, where we could stroll all the way to Old Nice. Perfect! The view from the apartment was just beautiful morning, noon and night. While the bathroom is bijou, the apartment was spacious, bright and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. I do have to mention how very comfortable the beds were. That was a welcome bonus after a long day of sight seeing. Our hosts were so pleasant, responsive and accommodating to work with. That made our travel so much easier. I look forward to a return visit where I will book this apartment again. Thank you, Tam and Jennifer. I am happy to recommend.

Highly recommended apartment because everything is there: cleanliness, proximity to the beach, the city center, the kindness and flexibility of the owner (we wanted to arrive earlier than expected and she accepted without problem), the pool and especially the amenities of the apartment. We also greatly appreciate the cleanliness of linens, laundry of toilet paper, soap, shampoo, towel, towels and limmense terrace with its sunbeds and tables.

Nice studio in good location midway between Antibes and JLP. Sparkling clean apartment. Nice balcony! Everything you need in the apartment. Newly renovated and comfortable bathroom. The little alcove is without a window, so not optimal to sleep there. Nice and quiet at night in the area. Safe and comfortable in the complex.

We had a very enjoyable stay in the apartment. The place was well equipped, enjoyed using an air fryer for the first time & the BBQ was great! The outside decking area with hot tub was very relaxing and as the weather was not warm enough for the pool the hot tub was a welcome alternative for relaxing. The scenery was stunning. I would recommend providing some written recommendations on restaurants, areas to visit, walks in the area etc in the house. We looked online but personal recommendations left for guests would be a nice touch. I would recommend this house for its space for a family and Stephane was a very responsive host. You definitely need a car to enjoy the area, go to shops etc. We had not planned to hire one as I thought we could walk to the village in about 15 mins but we ended up getting a rental otherwise we would have relied on Ubers, which were quick enough but it adds up when you are a party of 5. Stylish one bedroom apartment in Nice Port

Valerie is a wonderful host: responsive, kind, and generous with her time and suggestions. She's also a native english speaker for those who don't have French capabilities. This apartment is in a great location for both exploring Nice as well as the towns outside of Nice. It's a very easy walk to the tram (connections) and the busses that will take you to all the cities you've heard of, and some incredibly beautiful ones you haven't. Easy walking to grocery and restaurants too.

The place was more than we expected. The photos show little compared to what the apartment contains. I would 100% recommend this place, the location is just perfect and the apartment is very spacious. Excellent communication, nothing to say! Thanks for the experience!
