We are a 6/7 minute drive from the beaches of M.di Campo, Cavoli, Fetovaia, etc. Our country has, in the center , a small medieval village and around other ancient historical sites. It is at an altitude. of 220 m , nearby there are woods that give an alternative to the day at the beach . From P.le Belvedere you can see the islands of Giglio, Pianosa , Montecristo and Argentario...... Given the altitude the temperature is always pleasant. A cosy apartment overlooking the sea and the landscapes of Porto Azzurro bay. There is a large balcony with a sun awning giving shade in the warmest seasons. A peaceful area in the countryside with good local facilities. It's great out of season too for walking or cycling. Its a sunny apartment but very cool inside. In the winter months there is heating. The apartment is on the ground floor but has a few steps to reach the apartment from the car park. There is also free parking facilities.
